She really listened to us when so many other doctors didn't (when my daughter had a milk protein intolerance or was trying to wean from her ng tube, for instance). She's quick to make referrals when necessary and is very prompt in responding to our concerns. But she especially shined recently, when my daughter had a medical emergency while we were traveling abroad. Dr Arora worked tirelessly late at night for hours to get us medication my daughter desperately needed but couldn't get abroad. Dr Arora's compassion for our plight and tenacity in getting a prescription through to a 24 hour pharmacy goes to show what a wonderful pediatrician she is. Our family is incredibly grateful for her support over the years.

Every time I have called in the last 3.5 years saying my child feels sick and want them TJ be seen, I get a same day appointment. They are amazing with follow up calls and taking questions over the phone. We love her so much and feel so happy there. We know our kids are in good hands because everyone who works there is amazing. It's great to go to a office where it's one doctor (a nurse practitioner is available as well) where she knows the history of your child inside out. Highly recommend.

After my 1 year old…read moresuffered what seemed to be an allergic reaction to peanuts we took him to WF Peds (Our primary care at the time) to draw blood for allergy testing. They drew blood but warned us that they may not have gotten enough. They said they should know the next day of the lab needed more blood. A couple days passed and we never heard anything so we assumed they got enough blood and were running the tests. A week later we call to see if they got the test results back and we are told "We didn't get enough blood". We were told that the lab would know right away if we didnt have enough blood, why did it take us calling a week later to find out instead of someone calling us? So we go to WakeMed to get someone who knows what they're doing to redraw the blood for allergy testing. Told it will take 1-2 weeks for results, and they will send them to Wake Forest Peds. We get a call 2 weeks later saying my son does have a peanut allergy, so we set up an appointment with an allergist. The next day, they call my wife to say "Hey sorry, we didnt get enough blood for testing, we need to redraw". Confused she tells me about the phone call so I call back into Wake Forest Peds, ask if he as an allergy or not since they just told us 2 different things. The nurse I talked to says "yes he does have a peanut allergy". At this point, they have now flip flopped multiple times on whether or not my kid is allergic to peanuts or not so I ask for a physical copy of the test results. I go into the office to pick up the paperwork, which shows there is a peanut allergy. What frustrates me the most is that not a single person took any responsibility and just simply said "Hey, sorry about the miscommunication". After this we decide that were done and so move to a different primary care provider. Our Allergist appointment finally comes up, my wife takes my son and the Allergist tells us, WF Peds never sent his results over. The allergists, calls WF Peds, who set this appointment up for us, and they tell them 1) that they never told us he's allergic to peanuts, and 2) that they can't send them the paperwork because it's against policy. Luckily, I kept the paper copy they gave me and was able to scan it over to the Allergist. Even the Allergist said "I see why you left that place." This place is unorganized and unprofessional. Do not take your kids here. TLDR: Son had allergic reaction to peanuts, was told he didn't have an allergy then told he did have an allergy, WF Peds flip flopped multiple times.

Then at the end of the visit to be told that if it gets any worse make sure to bring them back in. The office staff is horrible and completely useless. No customer service experience or just basic human compassion. Multiple times when calling to schedule an appointment they have told us just to come in now, then when we get there with the sick kids they tell us that we are past the cut off time of walk in's and that we would have to schedule an appointment, or wait to be seen but they can't give us an estimated wait time. This used to be a good practice when Dr. Fore, and Dr. Nickaba were there. Such a shame that is has gone down hill this much!

We have so many bad experiences with this place it's hard to summarize in a review but I will start with 7 day wait on test results, misdiagnosis, 2+ hour wait times... I am currently waiting to see a doctor for my toddler and it's been 2.5 hours. Someone just came in and said I might want to call around to urgent cares because I may have better luck. Ugh. Update: the doctor came in after 2.5 hours. He took maybe 3 minutes examining child... didn't even look in mouth. Missed what was clearly hand foot mouth. What a mess!
