In one room it looks like some splashed body fluids on the walls the area were you change your clothes to be seen. For the past 3 years coming to the facility I have had to wait 1 sometimes 2 hours to be seen even after setting an appointment. Most of the time the doctor have forgotten and begin seeing other patients. I have grown use to I usually bring something to work on now because I already know I will be waiting long. Sometimes I will just ask to reschedule to help the doctor get back track with patients! I have never seen anything like this before.

They made me feel at ease with every step. This was the same with Dr. Park that I saw virtually twice for my consultation and follow up. Everyone wants to care and you can feel it. Minus one star for the blood pressure machine fiasco. I told one of the medical assistants to use a manual cuff as I always run high on the automatic cuff. And I was high and in some pain, so next time I will ask them to give me some time and take it manually. Also, I hope they upgrade their water fountain in the lobby--it kept spraying me in the face--smile.

I had a healthy, successful pregnancy from my very first IVF and 3 remaining genetically normal embryos remaining after I moved to the state. At my first implantation, the doctor asked about the gender (we had 2 males and 1 female remaining. We implanted the female). The doctor said "another girl? What are you going to tell your son one day?" Doctor, that's none of your business. That implantation ended in a miscarriage. For the next two [failed] implantations, my doctor added different medications saying "at this point, the studies are all voodoo, so why not try." She knows more than me so I trusted her, which I shouldn't have done. She tested my thyroid and gave me medication but never told me how important it is to take thyroid medication separate from other medicines. I realize she's not an endocrinologist, but if you prescribe it, you should give the warning. At one point I was taking over 11 pills and a shot. She also assumed that adding more estrogen was the answer and my levels were skyrocketing. Again, I'm not the doctor. As I said, both my implantations failed. I know that IVF is never a guarantee. And I don't completely fault the facility, however, in my journey to expand my family I feel like I wasted a year at Carolina Conceptions. New to the area, I thought it was my only option. It's not.

We first saw the doctors in the Durham office and were less than pleased. Once we started coming to the Raleigh office we were very impressed! The staff is very friendly and discreet. They even let us wait in a different room when we had a difficult visit and I was visibly upset (crying). The doctors are very nice and very informative of the tests they were running and the results they found. They were honest with the results but explained them in a very caring way that made you feel like you were their most important patient. We love Dr. Kuller and Dr. Rhee and after successfully having a baby recently, are continuing to see them as long as they will have me as a GYN patient. It's worth the drive to be in such a caring office environment!

Let me tell you - that does NOT happen here. I was nervous as I was going in for a pretty serious procedure and right away the front desk staff were so friendly and warm - it set a calming tone from the get go. The nursing staff, phlebotomists, and physicians were among the nicest I've ever met. They made this whole daunting procedure as good as it possibly could've been. I felt like I was in good hands....the nurse even said to me (if I had to have a procedure done, this is the doctor I would want doing it)....words like that are so comforting when you're nervous. I left there in such a good mood....when is the last time you left a specialist doctor's office in a good mood?.....exactly! If you find yourself in need of a perinatologist or any obstetrics procedure, I would absolutely recommend this group!

The front office staff and nursing staff are very friendly and efficient. I made an appointment with Dr Brimmage to continue trying to diagnose issues I was seeing my previous OB for. He was extremely friendly and took the time to ask and answer any and all questions that would help get us on the right path for diagnosis and treatment options. He thoroughly explained every option available and sent me home with a print out of his notes and suggestions, so that my husband and I could review everything before making any decisions. I sent him a message with our decision on next steps and he responded promptly and arranged my appointment/test at the fertility clinic of our choice. As someone with a history of gynecological problems, I truly feel lucky to have found Dr Brimmage on my first try in a new city! When we are blessed with our next baby, I look forward to being under his care. Highly recommend this practice!

This made no sense to me given the fact that they have so many doctors in their practice, but this is how I was treated. After my child was born, the perinatal and postnatal care I received was so poor and negligent that I actually almost died. I had unfortunately developed a bacterial infection from my delivery but Raleigh Obgyn was no longer interested in me. They had already gotten their money. They ignored my complaints about how badly I was feeling and told me to get Covid tests (3x). They also said I was probably just having a harder postnatal course because of my age (as I was in my 40s). Ultimately, my infection traveled to my heart and caused endocarditis. I have since had 3 heart surgeries, 5 arteries removed due to aneurysms, 3 arteries replaced and multiple strokes due to an aneurism in my head. and if anyone wants to know why a lawsuit didn't occur. . It is because Governor Cooper put in place an umbrella clause in NC state law that from 2020-2023 (during the pandemic) doctors could not be sued for malpractice ...although I had lawyers who still wanted to try to fight for me and my case because they saw how much I had gone through and that there should have been an expectation of care received ... but I was given no care ... and all I actually needed was a doctor to assess me and give me a simple antibiotic. Do not trust them with your life or your baby's life.
