I made the request to watch the technician lash someone else before they lashed me (again... because of past experiences). She was very understanding and told me to come in 15 minutes early so I could do that. 1. COMFY CHAIRS - the comfiest chair I've laid in for a lash appointment. So much so that I woke myself up from my own snoring 2. Aesthetic - the place was very well decorated and clean. 3. Quality lashes - the lashes on are very fluffy feeling - not stiff and uncomfortable 4. Glue - the glue is different than I'm used to. My other place would require you 24 hours before getting them wet but here you can wash them immediately after if you'd like. 5. ALL TECHS CERTIFIED I'm very glad that I found a new lash salon on my first try. Thank you Sara!

Scheduling is really good (I love that they send you lots of reminders) and the facility is pleasant but it's not worth being talked to and treated in a way that makes you feel physically and mentally uncomfortable 30% of the time. It had all the makings to be a 5 star experience, but the in-person part was not good. If you don't care about how nice the estheticians are and prioritize speed and efficiency you should book with Jackie. But it was just too aggressive and rude for me. I prioritize getting treated nicely. FYI the location is on the second floor, on the exact opposite side of where their sign in placed. From the front of the building it's to the far left.

I was asked to hold my eyelid with my finger and when it wasn't enough, pressure was applied directly without warning. I understand this can be part of threading, but it should be communicated and done gently since the eye area is sensitive. I even mentioned discomfort at the time. I'd just advise being more gentle and checking client preferences, as there wasn't much discussion about my preferred brow shape.

Microblading isn't the same as a regular tattoo, its permanent, but its more precise because each…read moreline is drawn individually for a more realistic look. The technique that Jane uses is perfect for people who have no/little existing brows because she measures your face, and where your features sit so that you can have symmetrical eyebrows where they're supposed to be, meaning if you're starting with 0 brows she can truly draw them on and make them look real. It can take a long time but that's because she is drawing every individual line. She worked on me for three hours the first visit, that said, it was not as painful as actual tattoos I have gotten, I was nearly falling asleep after a while because you get used to it. I wanted to support Jane's small business because she is a mom and an entrepreneur, she is straight from Vietnam so her son will sometimes translate on the first visit, this can make communication tricky so bring a translator app on your phone (I use google translate) and bring a photo of the brow shape you want if that's important to you- otherwise she will look at you and pick the shape that she thinks will fit best. Jane has worked with me to achieve the brow shape that I want. I went to a first appointment and thought they came a little long on the ends, when I went to the follow up appointment I told her where I wanted them to end and she did it. I am in the healing stage now but hopefully I can add pictures in a few weeks.

**1 Star** This was…read moreone of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. The perm I received was completely unsatisfactory. I contacted Sherry immediately and simply asked for the opportunity to have it corrected. I accidentally missed the first redo appointment after mixing up the schedule. I immediately apologized, accepted full responsibility, agreed to pay the $50 no-show fee, and asked to reschedule. After I repeatedly followed up, Sherry finally agreed to a new appointment. Then, at the last minute, she canceled the confirmed appointment and ultimately refused to redo the perm. What is most disappointing is not just the poor quality of the work, but the complete lack of accountability. I admitted my mistake, offered to pay the no-show fee, and made every reasonable effort to resolve the issue professionally. Instead, I was met with delayed communication, a canceled appointment, and a refusal to stand behind her work. I paid $144 and was left with an unsatisfactory perm and no meaningful resolution. If a business is unwilling to correct its own work after agreeing to do so, customers should think twice before trusting it with their time and money. UPDATE - in response to the owner's response: If there is 0 star. I would have chosen it! You are such a liar! Thank you for your response. Unfortunately, it does not accurately reflect what happened. After the unsatisfactory perm, I gave you every opportunity to make it right. I accepted responsibility for missing the first redo appointment, although the scheduling mix-up could have been avoided had the appointment been entered into your appointment system as your appointments normally are. I agreed to pay the $50 no-show fee and repeatedly asked to reschedule. You eventually confirmed another redo appointment, then canceled it at the last minute and ultimately refused to correct your work. I also waited over 30 minutes for my original scheduled appointment. This review is not just about the poor perm--it is about the lack of professionalism and customer service after I made every reasonable effort to resolve the issue. I stand by my review.

However, since the Pine Ridge location closed, this place has become a disaster. At my last appointment, I had to wait 15 minutes just to be seen. The wax was extremely hot when applied to my skin--it almost burned me--simply because they are rushing from one client to the next, trying to serve everyone at a single location now. Even after you book and confirm an appointment, they'll call to cancel--either because the person you were scheduled with has left or because they need to re-schedule your appointment, and they call the day before your appointment. And the person making the calls doesn't seem to realize that if there are no clients, she doesn't get paid; her attitude on the phone suggests she couldn't care less whether you show up or not--it makes no difference to her. Anyway, I wanted to let you know that my entire office used to go to this location, but none of us will be going back.
