Service has gone down hill at this particular branch. Younger staff either ignore you at the meat counter or more likely block your access to products whilst chatting in pairs in the isles. I initially though that this was just during the Christmas period with an influx of young temporary seasonal staff. But has continued throughout the year. It would appear that younger (less well trained staff) have been employed to meet the longer opening hours. What was and used to be a pleasant shopping experience, is now no different to Tescos or Sainsburys. They also seam to have relaxed their labelling on Non GM and increased their stock of Hydroponically grown produce (looks good but without the nutrients).
Someone should have look at Staff Training and customer awareness.
Star rating used to be 5, now a poor 2.
