Reading about "chavs and kids" outside the shop although these kids can be annoying to passers by, welcome stores takes no crap from kids outside chavs or not (and they no it) - also the fact that you havn't been to the shop in a couple of years really doesn't say much.(Andrew)

Recently had an urgent…read moreparcel to post so made a special journey after work to Hawkhurst only to be told despite the hours of the Post Office being 7am-10pm that I would have to wait an hour as someone was on their break. Appalling customer service the supervisor couldn't even be bothered to come out and talk to me just shouted through a door. When a service is offered you shouldn't have to check in advance whether it's convenient for the store before you turn up. Wasted hour of my time , 20 mile round trip and a very disappointed 3year old on their birthday. Will never use this store again.
