The food is mainly foreign brands, some better quality than others. The fresh fruit and veg section is one of the best often with special offers on. It seems to last longer than other store which is always a bonus. The car park, well what can I say, cramped, dark and gives me the creeps. There is a bus stop right outside which is useful if you don't have your own transport.

It's actually accessible from the departures hall as well, by walking around the end of check-in area A. This and Pret a Manger provide the two sources of better quality sandwiches to take with you on a flight, especially if travelling with a budget airline - I prefer their vegetarian/vegan choice to that in Boots, which is also close by. The only downside is that it can often get very busy, so you may have to wait a few minutes to get served. Fine most of the time, but not if you are running to catch a train or flight!

The store was clean and well organized. The shelves were stocked up nicely and like I said they have a good variety of items that they offer. I had limited exposure to the employees but the one I did talk to for a quick moment seemed pretty friendly and helpful. If I need anymore items on my trip I will definitely be popping back over to this store.

Just visited the area for the weekend and this was my local Tesco which I gotta admit was a…read morecomplete blessing! Using my sat nav just to try find a grocery shop and I passed budgens and as I was trying to find a safe place to turn around I happen to find Tesco which to my delight had a big car park which was sign posted very well! So I got a great spot next to the entrance and at first grabbed a basket as I knew this was a small store but just going down one aisle I then decided I needed a trolley as there was more items you can get through this store! I ended up doing my whole weekend shopping which was great for me as I didn't have to venture anywhere else and the queues for the till was very short and staff were very friendly!

What an interesting supermarket. It's huge, two stories tall, and has about 40 cashiers. Yup, no…read morejoke, 40 cashiers. You don't see that in the US, and they even have self service! It's a pretty typical grocery store, but it's very large, so guess what? Selection is going to be huge. Also, some things were really cheap. 1 pound for a whole pie? No joke! There is so much here that's it pretty amazing to think about. If you're in the area and you want some food that won't break the bank, then this the spot for you!

The customer services 9/10 is SHOCKING. To the point where I'm so angry thinking about it... I might actually write a letter to the big bosses. The cashiers do not engage with you 9/10... They hardly say hello, they race through scanning as if I'm taking up their time, they mumble the total... I had to LOOK at the screen because all I heard was 57. It was £10.57p. Just basically rudeness, unhelpful, and just no manners. They do not even say thank you! Or when they do, it's a mumble. I get more interaction and fun with the self service and that's saying something! I simply can't be dealing with that. It's a multimillion pound company, invest in better customer service and if you don't like your job that don't make it so obvious! I don't want to make best mates with the tesco staff everything I go in, but come on. Smile!!!! Acknowledge!!!!! The layout it extremely bad as well, you've got a aisle of fruit then veg, then fruit again, the veg. I don't know whether I'm coming or going. It's a joke. Rant ending....Never go unless your desperate... Or there's a zombie outbreak and this store is a safe place to hid.

This is a Tesco Express located on the Brighton Road it has no car park only a small parking bay…read morefor about 2 cars, you can park across the road outside a parade of shops or down a side road, this can be busy at times. Inside the store is quite small but reasonably well stocked with the basics. They have 2 cashpoints and 2 self service tills but recently this have not been in use. At the end of the day you can quite often pick up bargins of reduced food as this store closes at 11pm. A convienient store to pick up top up or forgotten groceries.
