Brought my little in for a complimentary exam and I am impressed! She had an X-ray taken which was really cool. It showed all of her teeth including the ones that haven't come in yet! Dr. Waite and his staff are kind and knowledgeable. Found out my daughter needs some an expander for her little jaw. Dr. Waite is awesome. He explained in detail all the steps of getting the expander and my kid is excited! I decided to go for it and get her treatment scheduled. They did this really cool scan of her teeth! She didn't need to take an impression which is great!! They also have a rewards program so she can earn points and get a gift card! My daughter had 8 ankylosed molars, she needed to get those extracted in order to avoid damage to her permanent molars and to actually allow them to grow in. From day one we felt very comfortable and were impressed by the technology. The entire staff has always been amazing, very knowledgeable. Even when everything shut down Dr. Waite made sure she was being assessed. Everything went smooth, it helps that they have a rewards system for the kids so they are motivated to keep all appointments. Today was the day my daughter got her braces taken off, she can't stop smiling! We also have a 9 year old boy who has started treatment with Dr. Waite, we saw him when he was 7 and he told us it would be better if we held off on treatment, which I really appreciated because he wasn't trying to just make money off us. My son had an under bite which was starting to become very noticeable. That is now corrected and in the process of perfecting his smile. My youngest will also need braces in the future. There is nobody else I would trust with my kids smiles. Another plus, being such a busy family and having to drive about 30 minutes to see them, they always run on time and they do a great job reminding you of your appointment. read more

Dr. Waite and his team are some of the best! I had braces for 4 years and I honestly am so glad it was here! It's about a 30-40mim drive for me but it's 100% worth it! When you are going to an office for such a long time and even after your treatment is over for retainer checks, etc., you feel a part of the family. I love feeling so comfortable, able to ask any questions and knowing that their best interest is my health and care. Went in for a consultation for my 7-year-old. The office is nice with big comfy chairs. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Dr. Waite took his time explaining the course of treatment he would recommend when the time is right (the x-ray showed my son's teeth aren't ready for treatment yet). What I liked more than anything is that it's not a big dental office with a ton of patients (I just recently finished my own orthodontic treatment at a bigger dental office in OC and it was much too busy, rushed, and way less personal, with several orthodontists in rotation). We "inherited" Dr. Waite when Dr. Stephen Kim transferred his practice to Dr. Waite towards the end of our daughter's orthodontic treatment. Since we were almost finished with our daughter's braces, we decided to let Dr. Waite complete her treatment with the removal of the braces, and then start the subsequent retainer stage. BEST decision ever!! We got to know Dr. Waite, and immediately warmed up to him. Superior knowledge is expected of a doctor, but the bonus comes when his or her bedside manners are impressive. I, love, love, love Doctor Waites Orthodontics Office. My son and I are having invisalign treatment done here. Dr. Waite has up-to-date technology. Dr. Waite even has the dental monitoring. At the end of our start appointment he sent us a link and we download the app. Then we just take pictures of our teeth every 2 weeks so that he could monitor our teeth. It's a great way to start treatment during the pandemic because we don't have to be at the office that often. Love him and his team. Great people! read more

I have three children, all of them have had or currently have braces performed by Waite Orthodontics. Dr. Waite is always super cool and he connects with the kids effortlessly. You can tell he loves his work and that his staff enjoy it too. This office has a greet staff, always friendly and they actually pick up the phone.
