Both of my kids (now 10 and 13) have been going for about 2 years now. Little guy has an expander and older girl has Invisalign. They are very welcoming and clear with their recommendations and policies. Our kids are very busy with sports and school and we still manage to get convenient appointments early before school or early afternoon right after school. The kids have had good care thus far and their teeth are looking great. Love how they explain the next steps and keep me posted on progress along the way. read more

From the moment we walked in, the staff at Orthodontics R Us made us feel so welcome and comfortable. Everyone was friendly, patient, and took the time to explain every step of the process. My son was a little nervous about getting braces, but the team made it such a positive experience for him. The office is clean, organized, and has a really warm atmosphere. Just finished up my braces process here it was the most affordable place I could find. I can't say enough great stuff about the dental assistants. They were always so sweet, patient and careful. Gabby at the front desk is super sweet, welcoming and knowledgeable with everything. Also, I was able to purchase a teeth whitening kit here which is a plus vs having to spend a bunch of money getting treatment done! Dr Lillian always made sure I felt good with the progress on my teeth and the overall outcome once I was getting ready to get my braces officially removed. I would recommend to anyone! read more

Compared to other places around the area Orthodontics R Us has given me a fair price and a quality of service that is highly satisfactory. Great customer service from Gabby and Cassandra. I remember the first time me and my children came in it was pouring rain, and my front bumper fell out. Gabby saw me struggling and proceeded to run out of the office to assist me. That meant alot to me and my kids as a single mother. Normally, my kids complain about going to the dentist. I would give this business zero stars extremely disappointed with this dentist. It was such a waste of money. I trusted this orthodontist, but unfortunately, all they did was make my teeth look worse than how I had them. They removed teeth " to align my smile" I went to 2 different orthodontist and they stated they should've never been removed now I need implants on the teeth they removed. Treatment coated around 5k and I told the dr I wasn't satisfied with my smile and all she said was "let me tighten your retainer." read more

I called in to make an appointment for a consultation, the receptionist was able to get me in the same day which I thought was AMAZING! Prior to my arrival I was sent all the paperwork via a link in a txt message which made the appointment fast and smooth. The doctor is really nice and very detailed on what needed to be done with my treatment which made me feel very comfortable. After getting a quote the price was very affordable compare to other consultations I've had. Low initial payment with monthly installments. I decided to start treatment today and I can't wait for my end results. read more

I am a 60 year old male and my bottom teeth had crowded over the years. Consequently, one of my teeth was pushed back and it was behind another. After encouragement from my wife, I decided to find an orthodontist and get invisalign braces installed. I met with three Orthodontists and selected Dr. Lilian Ho at Orthodontics R Us because her price was competitive, her examination and proposed treatment plan was very thorough, and her office was impressive. I certainly made the right decision. 16 months later my teeth turned out better than expected. Dr Ho's office was very efficient operation. Two friendly and organized receptions, a well trained staff of dentist assistants, a very clean and organized office, easy parking, and Dr Ho was very skilled, clearly committed to doing the best job possible, and has a wonderful personality. Over the 16 months I had approximately 20 appointments. On every occasion I was admitted on or ahead of schedule and usually out within 20 minutes. There were no hidden costs along the way even though some additional work was needed at the end. With invisalign braces there was no pain involved at any point in time. Excellent assistants! My 11 y old son was so nervous when it came to dental work. When my dentist told me that it was time for straighten his teeth, I was hesitant because of his anxiety. I asked the dentist and he told me about Dr. Ho. I took my son there and since the moment we walked in, the front receptionist made us comfortable and welcome. Then we was dr. Ho, she explained to my son why he needed braces and to my surprise, he was ok with the idea. Then when one assistant started working on him, I could tell that he was worried, but he behaved much better than before. They explained to him every sing step and I could see that he became more comfortable. Everyone is friendly and my son is happy there. Dr. Ho and her staff are amazing! From the time my son started the process of getting braces to the very end the process was very simple and easy to get through. The office staff is helpful and friendly. They are also very accommodating and That is one of the many things I appreciate about them. Since we are moving out of California I requested to speed up the process for the time my son needed braces and they did an excellent job accommodating us by scheduling his appointments once every three weeks rather than once a month. I am so glad we came to Dr. Ho for my son's braces! The price for braces was reasonable. What more could I ask as a customer of orthodontics R Us. You are the best! read more

Orthodontics R Us is the best!!! Before starting my treatment here I received several other estimates and Orthodontics R Us gave me the most affordable price. I'm extremely happy I chose this place and couldn't be any happier with my results. Dr. Ho is very patient and caring. The front office staff is always friendly and caring especially Diana. This is a very good Ortho for my children. We interviewed a lot of places and we decided to go to Dr Lillian Ho because the office seemed nice and friendly staff with reasonable price. When I was seating in the waiting too, I saw the doctor and then her assistant taking to the other patient and I liked the ways they interacted. I am now glad that I chose them. The staff was very helpful with my kids 'sport schedule and activities. My children have perfect smiles now and they still have been seen for retainers. Best Orthodontist!!!! Before I started my treatment here I had been to several orthodontists for consultations and the fees were extremely high but Orthodontics R Us had such a great price that was affordable with monthly payments. I'm so glad a friend recommended this place. I live 30 minutes away and I don't mind the drive. I have two boys that needed braces and we've had such a great experience here. Front office always remembers our names and are always very welcoming and kind. The prices are very fair compared to a couple other places we went. The doctor and staff care about our concerns. We can call and schedule an emergency appointment and they'll take us in quickly. I highly recommend this place especially if you have kids. read more

My daughters' braces were removed yesterday. We are so happy that we gave hug to all of the staff at the office. Dr. Ho and the entire team always welcome us and explain their treatments well. I've been a patient here for 3 years and I can't thank them enough for fixing my teeth. I've always struggled with my teeth and finding the right orthodontist. Finding them was the best thing, they fixed my teeth to almost perfect. I've recommended 3 other people and they love how they're teeth are coming out. I visited 3 orthodontist offices before choosing Dr. Ho at Orthodontics R Us. The other 3 orthodontists wanted to pull up to 4 teeth! Dr. Ho said that was unnecessary and absolutely NO teeth needed to be pulled! She is the best and saved my child a lot of agony. My dentist recommended 3 different orthodontist when I was interested in getting braces. I went for a consultation at all 3, this one being the last.. The girl in the front Diana was so helpful and informative. After meeting with Dr. Ho, Diana went over my financial obligation and asked to scheduled appointment. The people are always nice and it was generally a good experience. I had braces for three and a half years and it went by pretty quick. Making appointments was also quite easy as they worked well with available appointment times. They sent reminders and called if need be which was quite helpful as I can tend to forget things quite easily. I would say I had a pretty enjoyable braces journey because of them! read more

I have been going here for about 2 years now and it has been great so far! The people here are very nice and every time my brackets have broken they were always there to fix it.
