THE ABSOLUTE WORST TO DO BUSINESS WITH!!!!!!!!!!! No customer appreciation or loyalty. Did business with for years, Wain Landscaping completely fell off of the grid not returning phone calls & never showed up for spring work that was scheduled. Been doing business with Wain Landscaping for several years, guess our return business isn't good enough? Customer paid for all service rendered within a week. Who does that? Happy NOT to give our hard earned money to Wain Landscaping ever again!! Apparently all cusotmers are considered as a number on an invoice & on a check. Customers are NOT considered for their loyalty,being polite, heaven forbid you have an issue, just blows off customers without as much as a peep. BIG NEGATIVE & BEWARE, Wain Landscaping cannot handle standing behind their 'so called' 1 year warranty as advertised. You will be argued with & make it difficult to replace any dead plants. When you 'finally' get a replacement plant(s) after begging for several weeks, you will be provided with something significantly less than what you paid for initally. Interesting none of that was advised verbally or in the paperwork. It's a little hidden secret. Head of the business completely disappears, blows you off, can't get anyone to return phone calls for weeks without having to 'beg' & 'plead'. All good things come out of a negative. We found a wonderful new service since Wain Landscaping completely blew us off for our scheduled spring work. We even upgraded the amount of work we are getting with this new found company by having our lawn mowed weekly in addition to other landscaping needs. This new company has much better pricing, is more professional, we are getting a better overall professional service for the money than we ever did with Wain Landscaping. I'm a happy customer of Wain Landscaping for many years now. Very good customer service as well as work done. I have a "Type A" personality that tends to be particular about my yard.
