Bullying us and literally tried stealing our electricity 3 different times, then want to start a fight. Turns out, that's theft and you can get charged, court costs n ticket over $500 and yes they got charged. The other guy who runs the place is cool too. The place is comparable to the surroundings at towakoni, cabins, tent sites, rental spots, restrooms, showers. Bank fishing, noodleing... The long timers here are pretty cool too. DO NOT SPEED YOU WILL GET KICKED OUT! FAMILY ENVIRONMENT. I may end up renting a monthly spot :)

The night desk staff was extremely helpful, patient and set us up with 3 rooms for both nights that we were in town for a conference. The room was clean and stocked well with towels and supplies. The microwave and refrigerator were clean and worked great. The bedding was soft and everything smelled wonderfully clean. Breakfast was as expected, the standard eggs, breakfast meat, potatoes, oatmeal, cereal selections, bread for toasting, and a waffle station. Choice of juice, coffee, and tea were great too. The dining area was clean and the volume of the televisions was pleasant. Loud enough to be heard throughout the room, while being quiet enough to allow for conversation. Staff was courteous and provided additional items, such as toothbrushes at no additional cost. It was a great stay and I would stay here again. I highly recommend it.

It took me a good 6 hours to get another car then to make the drive here, needing to pull over and sleep in the car a bit as traveling the prior day with no sleep, I couldn't make the straight shot out. I knew I was going to have a nights hotel I would pay for without using the room until early morning, but that's part of travel. I get to the hotel to check-in in the early morning hours, the night clerk had cancelled my reservation because I did not show up. I questioned her about this, she said I should have called. I explained I prepaid for the room, why would I feel the need to call? The room was already covered, as the traveler I assumed it would be here waiting for me regardless of what time I arrived, the room was mine from a certain date/time to another. I asked her, why didn't you call? My information is in the system, I was sitting in the rental car place at the airport, why didn't you call? She didn't say a thing except, well we have vacancies if you want to rent a room? The hotel had many open rooms and the rates were not the same as when I booked. I ended up getting a room for half the time I was to be there and decided, I would go somewhere else.

I called ahead to make sure the hot tub worked, it didn't, was pumping cold water out the jets. The tv in our room didn't work. The bathroom leaked and wouldn't hold water, the shower head squealed like a hawk. The room phone wasn't connected to anything and had no cords in it at all, just a paperweight essentially. I was told that night I would need to wait until the manager was present the next day to get any money back and leave, so the next day when talking to him he said since I booked through an agency he couldn't refund me or he would - took me number "to reach out" but was clearly annoyed the whole time I adverse to being helpful. I was told to contact my booking agency and when they contacted him he told them I was lying. Crazy for a giant company to go so far to get over on its small customers. There are many options to go elsewhere locally until this place figures itself out.

Although the decor feel's dated, it was in decent shape. The room was clean too, and very large and spacious. Free breakfast was good, and there was a big selection. Location is right off the road, but not by much else. Which is good for travelers, since there are no loiterers in the parking lot. It felt pretty safe. My only complaint was the low flow shower head, and the traffic noise from the road. All in all, it was a good value for the money.

They claimed the crew left and wasn't there, but the drill and hammer noise said otherwise. They never stopped the work and it made it impossible to sleep. Not good when working a night shift! I could only manage 3 hours of sleep before they started banging away. They shouldn't book rooms near a room that is getting renovated! They did give me my money back, but I was unable to find another hotel to check in at 10:30am, so I had to try to sleep in my truck, which didn't happen. Absolutely no forethought into their actions and it was a total bust. Definitely not going back. It was a horrible experience.
