The problem was diagnosed, fixed, and we were sent on our way, with power restored. If nothing else, this is the one amazing memory I'll forever keep of Maine. But he did help us get a plan to patch it to hopefully get home to order the part. On time, very friendly and knowledgeable. Even called to apologize for a delay when he was called to help their tow truck. Definitely recommend

They don't have time for the little people they just want to work on the big stuff!! They wont even call you back when you leave a message! That would be the service girl her name is destiny so don't look for help from her she will just tell you they are way to busy that is if she picks up the phone! So the bottom line is you can buy parts from messer truck equipment but don't expect to get any service done to your truck better find someone else to work on your plow!!!
