The day of my appointment I was getting ready to leave when they called to ask if I was still coming for my appointment at 10AM.. to which I told them I thought it was at 10:20AM. She had told me that no, my appointment was at 10AM and she would have to check with the hygienist if they could still see me. During this time I double checked the written communication which did, in fact, say 10:20AM. When she came back on she said they could still see me to which I told her, well yes, seeing as my appointment is at 10:20AM and was confirmed to be so twice by your text confirmation system. She continue to argue that my appointment was for 10AM. I show up at the office and they ask me to come back to fill out paperwork (that I had already done the night before when their system sent it to me) and I had told her that they must have messed up because my appointment was at 10:20AM and proceeded to try to show her the texts. She did not want to see the texts and argued with me that my appointment was for 10AM and they had tried to call me the day before to confirm and let me know that they had to bump me up in the schedule. They had only called me ONCE and never said anything about changing my appointment time in the voicemail. I never once received an apology and was only met with snarky attitude so I told them to cancel my appointment and left. The level of unprofessionalism and disrespect to a FIRST TIME patient was very distasteful and I would never recommend them based on that alone. My advice to them is to get organized and improve upon their bedside manner with patients. Two stars only because I never saw a dentist and cannot speak to their expertise or skill.
