Please do yourself a favor and find yourself another dentist. Ive never had a truly positive experience in this place however I stuck it out because the location was convenient. But my last 3 appointments were complete horror!!!! I'll start with the 3rd to last. They had me wait for 2 hours and 20 minutes for a filing!!!!! I could not wait any longer and I asked to reschedule (literally trying to stay calm). My second to last appointment (for the filing) after waiting for 2 and a half hours they were going to send me home because apparently I needed a root canal not a filing so i needed to reschedule that once the it is approved by insurance. They finally called once it was approved and I scheduled the appointment for the root canal which was today. Well after waiting there for 1 whole hour, mind you they bring me to the back and put a bib on me, only to tell me it can not be done today. Mind you when i made the appointment I clearly asked the lady who is the manager if everything is set because I can not keep waiting and rescheduling. She reassured me they have another dentist and everything is set. LIES!!!!!!!!! She clearly does not know what she is doing! The employees themselves have told me she over books, nothing is organized, she talks to them like they are not human, all are walking around frazzled while she barks orders. The place is so unkept. She is the most unprofessional person I have ever come across. She clearly does not know what she is doing. This place really needs to close down!!

I hadn't had a good cleaning in two years & was frankly terrified. Dr. Conte is a GREAT dentist for someone like me who's scared of the dentist. He's friendly & immediately puts you at ease by chatting with you about your life, your job, the weather, whatever. Upon my first visit, he apologized profusely for running behind; he repeated over & over that the office tries hard never to do that, & I believed him. Usually doctors don't give a damn about wasting patients' time! He also asked me why I hadn't been to a dentist for so long, & when I confessed my fear, he talked me through WHY I'm afraid - it was a bit of a mini therapy session! - & reassured me that I could talk to him at any point if fear set in, & we'd work through it. It's not just him, either. His staff is great, too! They call me by my preferred name instead of my given name (most doctors' offices don't have the patience for that or any way to note it in their systems), which set a great tone for me. Everyone, from the front desk girl to the dental assistant to the hygienist, was incredibly friendly & helpful & just overall pleasant. He treated me like family from my very first appointment and he's great with kids which was very important for me because I didn't want to have to bring them to a separate pediatric dentist. He is very honest about dental work, if you need something done he will explain all the options and the cost/benefit of each and he never tries to convince you to get an expensive procedure done if he thinks a more conservative approach will work, even though he does do amazing cosmetic work. My daughter had veneers done by Dr. B and they look like she was born with perfect natural teeth. He is also very mindful of people like me who are in tight financial situations. After my first visit when I was a complete stranger he let me pay off my bill over time and he didn't charge interest or use an outside financing company which was great because my teeth were horrible and needed a lot of work done. If I had to find one flaw with Dr. Buzzanco's office it might be that your appointment will sometimes run later or you will have to wait longer to be seated, but its not a huge wait and the reason is probably because he takes the time to talk to his patients and treat them like family. The one time I was running on a tight schedule I told the girls at the check in desk that I had to leave by a certain time and they made sure I got out in time. Overall, I couldn't imagine a better dentist. My old dentist in Connecticut did great work on my wife but we later found out that a lot of it was unnecessary. With Dr. B I never worry that I'm being taken advantage of and I feel in control of my treatment because he always lays out every available option.

At first I failed to visit a dentist because I was a poor out-of-state college student with no dental insurance. However, it soon morphed into a fear of visiting the dentist because I was absolutely worried my teeth were a completely disaster and I'd not only be scolded about my declining dental health - but face a costly bill without dental insurance. However - by 2015, I was starting to feel the pain of cavities and I knew I needed to swallow my pride and see a dentist as soon as possible before it became a problem beyond the dentist. That's when a friend recommend Dr. Klayman at Red Bank Smiles. Dr. Klayman and his staff are amazing. Not only did they not judge me or scold me for neglecting to see a dentist over so many years - but just expressed joy that I took the first step towards improving and maintaining my dental health. Additionally, Dr. Klayman and his staff enrolled me in the DentaCard program to help offset any major costs. In my personal opinion - the costs seem completely reasonable to me. I'm still surprised that dental x-rays are cheaper than other x-rays at certain hospitals with insurance. What impressed me the most with Dr. Klayman is how much he takes into consideration his patient's dental and financial needs. One of my molar cavities required a filling and I was so happy that he had a discussion with me about the pros and cons of various filling materials and their costs. He allowed me to make an informed decision that fit my budget and long-term needs. Imagine your teeth just falling out while you're traveling. I was also charged $875 for a temporary denture that I wore for about a day while they were more concerned with cosmetic office renovations instead of fixing the real issue. I was never told that insurance would not cover the cost. I went back to my original doctor even though he's an hour away and witnessed what a real dental work looks like. Temporaries that don't fall out. I can eat without the fear of breaking a crown. A comprehensive plan for a long term solution.

When she came back on she said they could still see me to which I told her, well yes, seeing as my appointment is at 10:20AM and was confirmed to be so twice by your text confirmation system. She continue to argue that my appointment was for 10AM. I show up at the office and they ask me to come back to fill out paperwork (that I had already done the night before when their system sent it to me) and I had told her that they must have messed up because my appointment was at 10:20AM and proceeded to try to show her the texts. She did not want to see the texts and argued with me that my appointment was for 10AM and they had tried to call me the day before to confirm and let me know that they had to bump me up in the schedule. They had only called me ONCE and never said anything about changing my appointment time in the voicemail. I never once received an apology and was only met with snarky attitude so I told them to cancel my appointment and left. The level of unprofessionalism and disrespect to a FIRST TIME patient was very distasteful and I would never recommend them based on that alone. My advice to them is to get organized and improve upon their bedside manner with patients. Two stars only because I never saw a dentist and cannot speak to their expertise or skill.
