    Dr. Rachmelowitz and staff are very friendly and knowledgeable in what they do I like going to her to get my teeth taken care of.

    Terrible customer service and lack of professionalism. I was texting with someone from the office…read morewhile this Facebook messager message was going on to find out more information and then blocked.

    Small procedure, face swelled, could not reach doctor for days, had to make an emergency visit…read moreelsewhere for medication, received these responses (texts shown in pictures), paid and 2 years later (1st time hearing of this), I owe $697.40. Terrible bed side manner, rude, condescending between doctor and staff and I had to go back then...because I already paid a decent amount! Oh and to solve everything... was put on antibiotics for nearly SIX WEEKS and had multiple side effects from this. I should have charged Sage for those bills! I should have never gone back and should have taken different measures! I had so many problems and was in pain for WEEKS and lost days of work! So many regrets! I guess this was the price tag to all my extra visits for the severe infection I had...finally receiving a call back after 2 days of trying and I am told to use salt water rinse in a text, wait again and call back if the infection persists! Better be some magic salt water! Can't believe that didn't correct it all, when I was given medication for 2 weeks three times in a row back to back to back! And the doctor had the nerve to ask me "What response was I looking for?" in a text, when he finally responded. And it continues...2 YEARS LATER WHEN I THOUGHT THIS WAS ALL BEHIND ME!!!! This experience has made me fearful of ever sitting in a dentist chair again. It was an absolute nightmare. Unbelievable! GOOD JOB DEBORAH on representing your business and always saying the same thing to each customer that reviews this place badly. If everyone keeps stating the same thing...it must be our own faults! You know nothing and you were not there. You know nothing of my timeline and about the horrendous events that occurred during my visit there. You can smell the awkwardness when I walked through the door to make sure I was happy after the suffering that I was caused there so I wouldn't take other measures against this place. Say whatever you want...you don't have the facts! And in my opinion, for others that may walk through that door, this is a productive dialogue! I have nothing to lose here!
