My dentist was absolutely right to send me here. The office itself is beautiful and the front desk team is incredibly helpful, but Dr. Fevelo and Dr. Wolf are the real standouts. They are a powerhouse team! Both doctors took such great care of me and worked seamlessly together to save a tooth I was desperate to keep. I was so comfortable that I was actually able to go out to dinner that same night. If you need a specialist--specifically for periodontal or endodontic work--look no further. I can't recommend Dr. Fevelo and Dr. Wolf enough!

I didn't have any issues with this office since the beginning of my periodontics treatment about 20…read moreyears ago. I need to have my gums cleaned every three months and the whole staff couldn't have been more helpful, courteous and professional. Now a new periodontist bought the practice and in order to keep the business going, patients were never notified about all the changes that took place. I only found out my regular hygienist didn't work there any longer - together with 99% of the staff once I was already in the office. Dr. Sahni introduced herself, told me about her recent business purchase and guaranteed me the same professional level of treatment. She examined my gums and allegedly found out that "everything in my mouth was infected" due to the previous treatment. I was in shock but had to believe her "professional statement" so I set up my first surgery. On the day of it, I was waiting for 45 minutes for my turn. I was already overwhelmed just thinking about the procedure and the excessive waiting time just added to it. She told me "she was cleaning the office" as the reason for the delay when in reality she was treating another patient. On my second scheduled surgery, I waited for 25 minutes, had an argument with her about using the nitro ( It helps me to control my anxiety) and she numbed my gums. Once she started the procedure, the receptionist came and told her " we have a new customer and she wants to be seen right away". Dr. Sahni left me unattended with the nitro on my face for 15 minutes while taking care the new customer. Once she came back, she literally yelled at me because I was removing the nitro telling me " do you know how dangerous it's to my health when you removed the nitro from your face???" I explained I was not feeling well as the reason and told her I was not happy with her attitude and if it was so dangerous she shouldn't have left me unattended for so long. She literally told me to get out, that she could see another patients during my time, that I should take Zanix before procedures and that she had enough of me. It took 2 days for me to recover from her behavior towards me.

When I decided to have a tooth extracted in the upper back area of my mouth; they presented me with a multi step treatment plan (many thousands of dollars) at which point I communicated that I had no intent to get implants etc because the gap would not be visible. Come surgery day, my surgeon went ahead and did a bone graft anyway. At the end of my follow up appointment a couple weeks later, the office manager pulled me aside and demanded over $800 additional for the bone graft. I communicated that I did not agree to that, had communicated my intentions earlier, and had only scheduled the appointment for the extraction. She quickly offered me a discount on the next step of the process (which hints to me that she knew they over reached) and I instead stated I should be discounted for the bone graft that I didn't ask for. She didn't budge, so I just paid up and found a new dentist immediately. Going to the dentist is stressful enough, the office shouldn't cause their patients undue financial strain on top of it. I was up front that I wanted extraction only and they performed extra work anyway. You can shake me down for the $800 since it's advisable to get a bone graft anyway, but it should be at a time of my choosing, not yours. If SDA reads this - a little communication and not making assumptions goes a long way!
