I recently have had 2 visits with Dr Bui and I believe my 3rd visit will be anxiety free! The Novocaine injection she administered was painless, everything being done was explained and periodically Dr Bui checked on me during the procedure to make sure I was comfortable. The receptionist, Pat, is so professional and cordial. The assistants are courteous and kind. The office is immaculate and organized. Worst dental vist and " cleaning" of my life Avoid this…read moreplace at all costs . I was in and out within 20 minutes including xrays and a half hearted " cleaning".. The dr.walks in ..complete silence..no introductions..no questions..no comments..just jams a tool in my mouth aggressively. No mirror to check gums ..no scraping...no flossing. I have bridgework and she did not check them or clean them. Once the 5 min. Cleaning was done..she keft thecroom..again complete silence. I had to ask the hygienist if the cleaning was over. I wasn't sure if she was coming back or not Extremely rude and aggravating doctor. I don't think she likes her job. Maybe she should consider a new career. No bedside manner no professionalism. I don't even think it was a thorough cleaning. I could do better with my water pick. Will never go back. I'll give the hygienist anna a half a point. at least she had some common courtesy, and did my xrays .

The person who answered the phone was arrogant and refused to give me the number even though it is public information and any other time I have ever asked a doctor or dentist for the number I receive it immediately and with no questions asked. The staff here needs to be better informed about addressing simple requests like this and more courteous when speaking to patients.
