Do not do business with these guys unless you plan on buying 10 or more pieces of their equipment.. If you have less, you might as well be a dog poop in the driveway. They could care less. If you need parts... months out.. You need a mechanic... good luck. If you are lucky enough to get something, don't worry, you will only pay at least twice the price. And when the mechanic does show up, magically, there is a bunch of other stuff they fit into the bill that they did? And they will sell you machines that have been recalled or knowingly are bad so they can get you in their little mechanic scam. Go anywhere but this hole... They are simply just bad people, all the way to their cores. read more

However, I…read morestill enjoy tinkering on cars and trucks from time to time, and my latest project is a 1969 International 1100D 4x4 truck. She's gonna' be a beauty when she's finished, I swear! By the way, why are trucks always female? Worth pondering, huh? Nevertheless, I digress! As I'm rebuilding my 345 V8, I found myself in need of machine shop services and, quite frankly, help! These guys were awesome! They could tell that I really didn't know what I was doing, yet they were patient with me and proverbially held my hand. They machined my heads at a fair price, measured my crank and provided the appropriate bearings. They even printed out the head torque specs for me without even asking. Yes, the seasoned pro goes here all the time, which may be intimidating, but they'll cater to the newb' as well, and not gouge your wallet while doing so. The place is clean, easily accessible, and I just cannot recommend them enough. So, if you find yourself in need of machine shop services, give these guys a go, you'll be glad you did.

To start the call they warned me they were "six months out on anything" AND they still took a minute to talk with me about what I needed. They made a plan to talk at the beginning of the following week, but in the meantime, I found something close enough to the part I needed. HOWEVER, I would definitely return to them should I need something machined as my experience of their customer service was excellent.

But recen I worked with Carlos on what was supposed to be warranty work. I told him not to do anything that wasn't covered by the warranty so he never got authorization and hit me with a 536 bill for reprogramming and it was only 1 hour of labor. if you have to go to this Meineke make sure you work with Martin cause I've never had a problem with him

He was highly professional and confident with transmission knowledge.
