If I do remember the name I will update that business but the fact that Magnolia uses them is just wonderful. This is the second time that I've opted to use cremation services through a vet and this second time was a lot better and memorable experience compared to the first pet that I had lost. For around $100 fee, I was able to have my pet cremated and his ashes returned to me. They also sent some keepsakes to remember him by that included some paw prints and nose boops inked on index cards. His ashes were included in a beautiful wooden box. Needless to say I boo-hoo-ed . I felt they just went the extra mile.

Custom Paws is hands down the best! My pups love to go there for both grooming and boarding. He absolutely loves going there and it makes me so happy to know that he actually wants to go in the building. The staff are so very friendly, caring, supportive, kind. I can't say enough good things about them. I know they have been very accommodating for any special needs my pups have had. Highly recommended.

I took my dog here for grooming three times. The first two times was at their location in La…read moreGrange. They did a great job, the price was fair. The third time was at their new expanded location in Buckner. This time they charged me 20% more than before without telling me they had increased their prices. And I paid for a deshedding as always but when I got home I had to spend 30 minutes brushing him to get the shed fur out that they missed. All three times I tipped them 20%. Recently I went to their new website to sign up for an overnight boarding and bath for the same dog. The site did not work. So I emailed them my information and asked for a price including taxes. Their response was to tell me they booked me and asked what times I wanted to drop off and pick up but never gave me a price. I again asked for a price and sent them my times. Their reply was to text message me a bill that was ridiculously high, more than what their website showed it would cost for my size dog and the charge for a plain bath was what they used to charge me for a complete grooming. I replied by text about my disappointments and asked that they cancel my bill. I got no reply so later I emailed them my text message and asked for confirmation that this was cancelled. To this day I have had no reply. Boggles the mind why they would treat a repeat customer like this, especially a generous tipper but there are plenty of groomers around, I won't be going back here.

Dr. Kathy Belcher of Pawfessional Mobile Vet from Waddy, Kentucky has been caring for my Zelda Girl…read more(Schnauzer) and my family of cats and other dogs for several years after I became homebound for a time. I can recommend her services based upon her devotion to animals and her up-to-date knowledge of diseases, conditions, and appropriate treatments. Dr. Belcher is willing to listen to me and to answer my questions. Her mobile unit is equipped to provide most services/procedures that my animal family has ever needed. She maintains and shares with me detailed records through her use of technology. She has been fortunate to have excellent assistants who seem to enjoy their jobs greatly. They travel with her and assist with all tasks related to the appointments. A downside to any mobile vet is the time factor of arranging appointments. Sometimes the doctor is in another county when a need arises. I had an emergency bleeding situation with one of my dogs and had to seek help elsewhere. However, those times are not the norm. Dr. Belcher is also caring for the pets of some family members. This couple does not drive and appreciates the home site appointments as well as being able to order any required meds from the online pharmacy with home delivery.

One of our dalmatians takes medication daily for seizures and a trip to the vet has been a trigger. We made appointments for both dogs plus our cat to receive their annual check up and shots. The visit was thorough and we received a follow up call on Luna's bloodwork to confirm she was on the correct medication for her seizures. The vet also confirmed the best rotation to give her pills (thanks for settling a debate with my husband!). Price is subjective based on what you're used to and your budget. For us, fairly similar and it was a relief to get a home visit. We plan on being a regular customer.

This was great because they came to my home instead. They have a super nice mobile vet van with exam tables and all the equipment. It was very clean and high tech. The doctor and her assistant were so professional and kind. They administered yearly vaccinations and did general exams of both Shadow and Shimmer kitties and it was so easy! So convenient! This is the way to go for pet exams. It was less stressful for both cats...and myself. It seemed safer as well, I have always disliked packing my cats up in the car and risking them getting loose as well as eliminating all the fussing they did in the vehicle. It was perfect just to bundle each cat up separately and walk outside to their vet unit. It was nice not to have any other animals around also, super private with no added drama or stimulation for kitties. I highly recommend! Thanks for the great care and service.
