We went to Wagamama with the 4 of us. A first for one of us, two of us had been before and our youngest daughter had been multiple times. All four of us had a side, a mains and a dessert. On the positive side, all food was excellent, although one of the mains, a chicken ramen in a rich chicken broth, was rather bland. The dessert menu was excellently different. Service was equally good. On the negative side, you have to sit on stools (yes, there are benches but the walk-in approach means you are unlikely to get one). More negative, however, is the fundamental Wagamama concept of serving food whenever it is ready. I did't have my mains when the rest was eating and two desserts arrived significantly before the others. We simply don't like that part of the concept. read more
