After talking to her, she admitted she didn't even write the numbers she quoted me down. HOW CAN THAT BE? She said she would amend the paperwork and I asked to be consulted before she sent it in. She sent the paperwork in, I received a message that the number was $1800, Which wasn't explained by her assistant.
