What a nightmare. I was with their "payroll service" for a month and never got paid it never processed correctly and I kept getting told "oh it should work now I fixed it". So I signed back up with PayChex who has never dropped the ball. My monthly financials were always late - by over a month. What a joke. Needless to say I went running back into the arms of my previous CPA. THEN of course, Miller & Associates now had access and changed all login credentials for all my state tax stuff. So I had no access to my accounts, I contacted Miller to find that those who had worked on my account were no longer there and the owner (Mike Miller) was claiming that he was not receiving password resets and did not have an email address associated with the payroll company....? That he owned? I had to spend 3 hours on hold with the state to re-set it and sure enough they verified that it was going to an address at his firm. Which I had point blank asked "do you own an email address ending in @bulldogpayroll" and he said "no, only @millerandassociates email addresses". And full on lied to me because he didn't want to deal with it. If I can prevent anyone from making the mistake of dealing with this joke of a company then I hope I save you some time and money.

The Ximplifi team consistently delivers timely and highly competent service. They ensure that our monthly closings happen on time on the 10th of each month, and when our property owners have questions regarding detailed trust accounting matters, Ximplifi is always there to help. My services with Ximplifi were supposed to end on March 31, 2026. Despite inquiring two months in…read moreadvance about final billing, the exit process did not go as it was explained to me. I made business decisions based on what I was told about my final billing, which ultimately turned out to be inaccurate and costly. Because their accounting and software invoices completely lack dates of service, you cannot verify billing on your own. I find it ironic that the billing lacks transparency in this way, given that the company specializes in accounting. You have to rely entirely on what an account manager tells you, which, if the misinformation is discussed over the phone, it can later get rewritten as a "misunderstanding." While they did eventually agree to resolve part of that initial final billing dispute, a new problem began. Every single month since March, I receive a new bill. I email them, the charges are randomly changed to "VOID" or "PAID" in their billing system, and then the next month, a brand new invoice arrives anyway. I reach out to this company monthly and receive silence. Most communication happens through email or Ximplifi chat when you are working with them. I was never provided a direct support phone number. Since leaving, I have called the number on the billing. When I call the billing number listed on the invoice (208) 207-5125 and select Option 3 for operations/delivery, it says "Please wait while your call is being transferred" and immediately disconnects me with an automated "Sorry we cannot connect your call at the moment" message. If I call that number from my business line, it immediately disconnects prior to the "Please wait while your call is being transferred." I am not sure if there is a major issue with their call routing system, or if I have been blocked. I know that sounds paranoid....it may not even be possible, but I don't understand what else cold be transpiring if I have been experiencing the same issue for months when calling their billing number. Is it possible that the lines are down every month?? Then again.... when I expressed the irony of having inaccurate charges and billing "oversight" from an accounting company, which should be acceptable, I was told that my response lacked courtesy or professionalism.....and I have not received a human response since....so it's starting to feel quite personal. At this point, if I do not receive a response, I feel like I have no choice but to issue a formal cease and desist letter. Dealing with Ximplifi is like dealing with an ex who keeps sliding into my DMs every month just to pour salt in a wound on a chapter I desperately want to close.
