Nghia, aka Neil, is a great accountant. He has been working with my family and I for years on our…read moretaxes. He is very friendly and super knowledgeable. As a plus, he can speak Vietnamese and Cantonese. So, he is a great resource for those of you who use English as a second language. He is one of the best accounts that I can recommend in the Denver area, especially for the Vietnamese/Chinese population. He is located in the top floor of the Far East Center near Federal and Alameda. If you've ever been here, parking is a pain the butt when it's busy here (and it tends to be very busy here). Also, there always seems to be a line for those who are wanting to see Neil. So, I would definitely recommend coming early and when you have a good amount of time on your hands. When you walk in, you'll just want to sign in with your name and information on the clipboard. You'll be called in when Neil is ready for you. While you're waiting, there's always a little bit of refreshments for customers. It's a very nice gesture, and one that I always looked forward to as a child. To keep you busy while you're waiting, there's plenty of magazines on the coffee table located in the middle of the waiting area. There isn't really any electric outlets to plug in a phone or a computer, nor is there Wi-Fi. But, a little time away from electronics never hurt anyone too badly. When you walk in his office, you'll see his office is lined with boxes pertaining to his restaurant/commercial customers. Just another way showing how trusted he is in the community. Neil will work with you quickly and efficiently on your taxes. Come prepared! If you are unsure of what to bring to your meeting, you can call his office and he'll let you know which documents to bring. Overall, a very friendly guy. A great accountant. He is very talented and trustworthy.

He is very helpful and responds quickly when I have questions. Cain and Company knows their stuff. Also - Cain and Company has saved me a lot of money ($,$$$) when filing tax returns. Mike knows the "ins and outs" when it comes to filing tax returns. I highly recommend giving Cain and Company a call.

Marcus said no problem would probably cost around $1,000 and he would have them filed by April 15th. Wanting an update I contacted Tanner front desk the last week of March since I hadn't heard from them and left messages 3 different times that week for Marcus to please contact me with estimate of taxes owed (I knew I would owe $40,000 plus to Irs). Marcus never contacted me. All I wanted was a text or an email or a phone call but he couldn't be bothered (no one there could even return a call). Finally less than a week before April 15th my husband called the Tanner receptionist and said we wanted our tax documents back. My husband picked them up that day and all Marcus had to say was for us to file an extension - he hadn't even touched them. Filing the extension would have prevented us from getting the state of Colorado tabor refund of $1,600, which might not sound like much but when you are going to owe over $40,000 every little bit helps. There was no apology he didn't even care. My husband and I had to quickly take our info over to another company who worked very hard to get them filed by April 15th. Whatever you do don't go to Tanner or work with Marcus. They don't care about regular people. I guess we were just small potatoes to them.
