I spoke with his secretary more times than I remember and NEVER got a response from Mark!! I have email and left messages and not one response. Totally unacceptable!! I wish I had a direct contact for Mark because I'm not 100% positive his secretary isn't just running defense for him. I've moved on to a new more professional CPA and filed a formal complaint with the IRS.

As soon as I met with Jennifer, she explained that she could save me roughly around $5,000/yr just by filing as an S-Corp while still remaining an LLC. This route to saving money was never mentioned by Liberty Tax Service or even H&R Block and it was such a simple switch. Jennifer is easy to get ahold of when I have questions and she takes the time to explain things if you want to understand the inner workings of your taxes. She couldn't be any friendlier and she really knows her stuff! I highly recommend American Eagle for your personal and business tax accounting needs!

As a plus, he can speak Vietnamese and Cantonese. So, he is a great resource for those of you who use English as a second language. He is one of the best accounts that I can recommend in the Denver area, especially for the Vietnamese/Chinese population. He is located in the top floor of the Far East Center near Federal and Alameda. If you've ever been here, parking is a pain the butt when it's busy here (and it tends to be very busy here). Also, there always seems to be a line for those who are wanting to see Neil. So, I would definitely recommend coming early and when you have a good amount of time on your hands. When you walk in, you'll just want to sign in with your name and information on the clipboard. You'll be called in when Neil is ready for you. While you're waiting, there's always a little bit of refreshments for customers. It's a very nice gesture, and one that I always looked forward to as a child. To keep you busy while you're waiting, there's plenty of magazines on the coffee table located in the middle of the waiting area. There isn't really any electric outlets to plug in a phone or a computer, nor is there Wi-Fi. But, a little time away from electronics never hurt anyone too badly. When you walk in his office, you'll see his office is lined with boxes pertaining to his restaurant/commercial customers. Just another way showing how trusted he is in the community. Neil will work with you quickly and efficiently on your taxes. Come prepared! If you are unsure of what to bring to your meeting, you can call his office and he'll let you know which documents to bring. Overall, a very friendly guy. A great accountant. He is very talented and trustworthy.
