The cafe is small and cute with nice modern wooden decor. We got a hot chocolate to share while we sat and relaxed for a bit. The hot chocolate was rich and delicious! I mean what is not to love about a chocolate shop?!…read more This place is so cute and has selection upon selection of chocolate. Milk, Dark, White, 70%, 50%, nougat, YOU NAME IT, they GOT IT. You can buy the hot chocolate spoon things and they'll bring it to you with a hot cup of milk so you can sip on it while people watching. Otherwise, take it home or pack it up and fly across the country with it! Either way, a delicious treat :) I ended up buying some chocolate bars and a small gift basket as souvenirs along with the hot chocolate spoons I enjoyed outside. The packaging is ~aesthetic~ and makes a great gift!

We ordered 4 waffles for delivery at our place. The delivery was unfortunately wrong. Instead of…read morethe 4 waffles we wanted we got only two, and completely different. Mistakes happen, of course. So I called them, trying to be nice and see if we could sort this out without having to wait too long. The guy at the phone didn't even try to understand what went wrong (was it their mistake, was it the delivery guy mixing up orders?). He just said, in a very impolite tone "you ordered through that online service, now you contact them" (an implicit f..k you, if I ever heard one). I wanted to at least ask what it was that we got instead of our orders, just to check that nobody was allergic to any ingredients, but the guy just hung up on me. This would be enough to discourage those of us who value education and customer service. For those of you that don't care about the service, as long as the food is good, here is an epilogue: since I don't have any allergies, I did try the waffles they sent us. Barely edible. The dough was grey. Literally. So the food is terrible, and whoever they got answering the phone should find himself a job as far away form people as possible.

I will never order there again and also would not recommend an order there unless you like to live your masochistic waffle order dream.

There were still seats open so we were sat in just a couple minutes . The menu is pretty large and they have daily specials too, so it was hard to pick as everything sounded good. They have sweet and savory breakfast items and then bowls and non-breakfast selections. Picked the daily special coffee- pumpkin spice latte which had homemade spice blend and was so good and not-artificial tasting. Then got the Mountain Joy, which was a scrambled egg with soft salty cheese and arugula on a pretzel croissant (yes that's correct). It was perfect flavors and delicious. Many dishes looked big, so my meal was perfect if you were very hungry. You can add to the sandwiches, salmon or avocado, if you wanted as well. Service was nice and attentive when needed but they also left plenty of time to enjoy your table company. Will go back!

Man, I love boba, but oh my gosh, why were there chunks of artificial taro at the bottom of my cup?…read moreQuite disappointed. How can you serve a drink and not even blend the drink?? Even when the drink was presented to me, I could see something strange at the bottom where the boba was. Yes, the cups are so kawaii, but the drink was just pathetic. It was watery and had taro chunks (or some kind of chunks) at the bottom unblended. Maybe if the drink was blended then it would have had more flavor, but I ate the chunks at the end and they didn't carry too much flavor. Maybe if the drink was worth one euro then it would have been worth my money, but sadly this was a disgrace to tea. This was not genau.
