I had removed my jacket because I was warm. There was no visible dress code posted, and I was unaware that my outfit would be considered inappropriate. The interaction was embarrassing and distressing, especially as it occurred in front of other customers. The tea I received was also room temperature and we were never checked on once, which added to the overall disappointment. If this business has a dress code, it should be clearly posted so customers can make informed decisions before ordering and waiting for service. No customer should be made to feel humiliated or upset due to unclear policies or the manner in which they are addressed. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I will not be returning.0/10
