Attempted to call in an order on a Tuesday before work. I called no less than 10 times in one hour. The phone was constantly busy. I then went there to place my order. Upon arrival, I notice the place was not busy. I informed the person at the register that their phone was off the hook. She looked at me and replied in a nasty way "the phone ain't off the hook. " I, in turn, placed my phone on speaker and proceeded to dial the number.. THE NUMBER RANG BUSY. I then leaned over and looked at the phone near the register AND IT WAS OFF THE HOOK! SERIOUSLY!! Also, every time I order by phone, the price is never the same-even though I order the exact same thing EVERY TIME! The food is great. The service is great whenever I go inside. But going forward, if I need to order take out breakfast food, I'll just have go with "Gut Busters" across the street in the Kroger plaza. :( read more

When my husband and I have gone in, the service has been great. This is first time I have ordered via online. My husband picked it up and brought it home. I was very displeased to see that the order wasn't as I had ordered it as the eggs were missing in both of the chicken/hash brown bowls. SHANIE was the ONLY thing that saved this visit. We're visiting from California and knew we wouldn't get back to Atlanta in a reasonable amount of time to eat so we went next door to the all famous Waffle House. Every table was dirty. The countertop seats were dirty (the 2 that weren't taken) and the elderly couple that came in way before us got overlooked by the short female employee with the head wrap. We offered to start helping buss a table or two because the woman who did choose to smile and acknowledge us (Shanie) was doing literally EVERYTHING! It was ridiculous. This is all we have. The customer service SUCKS!!!!! The teens that were working DIDN'T want to be at work or be helpful. We were not even welcomed even though NO one else was inside. One was sitting on the counter right in front of the other, masks lowered. When we walked in all the girl said was "blahblahblah?" I had to ask her what she said because she was speaking so fast with significant attitude. I asked what is the process? She asked what we wanted to order? Never offering a menu. We saw the menu after placing our order by memory and paying for the TERRIBLE SERVICE! As we are paying a woman walks in and the cook walked in too. We heard her telling him her order as they were coming in. His eyes were blood shot red! (Maybe he shouldn't wake and bake before work. He burned most of the food. We spent $50.) He came straight in disappeared in the back for a few seconds them went straight to the grill and started cooking her food. Again we had paid for our food. The girl didn't call our order. She started doing something else and asked for my phone number to have us sit in our car and wait. We sat in our car for 20 minutes. We watched the lady that came in after us go in and get 3 full bags of food. We waited awhile then went in to ask what was taking so long. As we walked in the girl started moving really fast to bag our food up. She seemed to want to be super helpful when we were leaving. UNACCEPTABLE!!!!! THESE BUSINESSES NEED TO MAKE CUSTOMER SERVICE A PRIORITY! BLACK DOLLARS MATTER!!! If we stop coming in the business closes. We don't need it in our community. I think they keep the phone off the hook because after I've arrived after attempting to call numerous times, I've found them not to be all that busy. When you enter, the staff seems like they're bothered. I totally understand that WF isn't necessarily known for exceptional customer service, but paying customers should feel welcome. Another thing that bothers me about this particular location is that they ALWAYS mess up my order. On this visit, I called in an order and was given a wait time of ten minutes. While the food took a little longer than normal (because they were so busy & also had a long line of take out orders), it was fresh, hot & good quality. I went into the place order 2 sausage and egg sandwichs at 1:35 PM after 15 minutes I asked the waitress why is it taking so long to fix 2 sandwichs.
