Amazing. Always. My must stop to when I visit down south. Their hash browns covered with cheese, onions and jalapeños are so good. The grilled cheese is amazing. Don't forget a side of Waffle House sauce! The only thing I was upset about is that they didn't have pecan pie in stock when I went. Couldn't find it on the menu either. A slice of their pecan pie grilled on their stove is delicious. Comfort at its finest. read more

This Waffle House is not open 24/7. The sign on the building states the lobby closes at 9pm until 6 am and is only open for to go orders during that time. Although after trying to enter the lobby at 6:30 am I was ask why I didn't read the sign. I did and it should be open, returned at 7am had breakfast. The food was typical for a Waffle House however the service was horrible. Staff doesn't like white people, I hate to make that assessment but true. read more

Kevius, the manager, made our day each time we were at the Waffle House during our trip to Albany while we were visiting from Houston. He made us feel so welcome. He checked on us multiple times and made sure his staff checked on us as well. The entire staff was AMAZING but Kevius was TOP NOTCH!!! I will definitely visit this Waffle House the next time we are in the area!!! read more

First time having breakfast at Waffle House and I really loved how my food was cooked so perfect and perfectly presented on my plates. I also love the juke box and the kitchen right in front of me to watch how they make my breakfast. Everything was great started from when we walked in until the end of breakfast. Definitely the worst Waffle House I've went to yet. When I went in there it was super dirty and there was syrup all over one of the menus, and there was even some trash laying around in the restaurant, especially where the food was being made. When I got my fork it was dirty enough that I used my spoon when I ate. While I was waiting I saw one of the employees yelling at her kid probably for little no reason at all and the kid looked like she wasn't misbehaving at all. When I did get my food ordered the waitress was very nice, but when I was waiting the manager came up to 3 employees and she was complaining that they were embarrassing her and making her look stupid while the employees were treated unfair and probably way underpaid. (I saw a sign before I went into Waffle House which I did posted on this review which is basically telling people to respect the employees which applies to everyone except the managers I guess). When I did get my food there was a lot of black particles on it. It was probably just from the grill but it was also on the scrambled eggs and eggs are almost never grilled. The hash browns were also not very warm. Right before I walked out of the Waffle House I glanced in the back and I noticed a lot of the equipment was really rusty and not very clean. I've only went to this Waffle House as a last resort because everything else in Albany Georgia was closed for thanksgiving break, and I regretted it. If you want to have some unsanitary food and a bad experience this will be your best place!!! Seriously I wouldn't even recommend this place as a last resort. read more

This place gave typical Waffle House vibes minus the normally decent customer service and HEAVY on the insect infestation. My family and I were greeted after waiting 15 minutes at our table for a server to come take our drink order and then midway that walk away and take an additional 20 minutes to come back to finish taking the rest of the drink orders. We had to move from the table we initially sat at while waiting on her return because we noticed there was some sort of black bugs coming from between the wall and table. When we moved to another table she finally came back with a piss poor attitude as we're giving her our food order making the comment "I don't know I just work here." When she was asked about what she meant by a delay in instant grits because we saw her break some dishes in the kitchen area so we were just trying to make sure glass wasn't in the food. Again midway taking our food order she walks away. No the restaurant wasn't full and as a matter of fact other customers left like we did because of the horrible customer service and clear need for pest control and bleach in there. The server's name is Goddess, but she was giving very much so godless vibes. She wasn't the only server working so it was strange how she acted as such. Customers that had the other server seemed to be able to enjoy their dining experience so I pretty sure she along with the insects was the problem this morning. DO NOT LET HER WAIT ON YOU. read more

Showed up at 9 p.m. and the employees said it was closed yet they advertised with 4 signs outside that they we "Now Open" and "Open 24 hours." I don't think I've ever been to a Waffle House that was closed ever in my life so this was a first. Albany Georgia is always full of surprises. read more

West Oglethorpe in Albany Ga. The Service was poor. Their was a cashier there this morning 4/20/2021 @ 10 am. she said her name was CeeCee who was rude and her service was very poor. She yelled out at me as I walked out the restaurant. Almost like she was threatening me. The manager said nothing. I was upset that the cook , which is the manager as well had to take my order because CeeCee didn't. The order was wrong. Other customers was tell me not to say anything because they are known for doing nasty things to people food. read more

The wait was long, food uncooked but I will say that at the end the waiter tried to speak about the experience. It didn't really fix the problem, no discount even offered but at least she heard my concern. I wont be back. read more

When I walked in every table was dirty with old dishes from previous guest. We actually had no where to sit. It was only one couple sitting in the restaurant at 3am, there was no reason for every table to be dirty with dishes. The waffle was burnt on the outside and seemed not done (squishy) on the inside. The cook did take the initiative to clean the table off though after she saw my growing frustration. Great restaurant with a bad experience. read more

Stopped here on 8/26/17, no one acknowledged us the entire time we were there. Was the middle of the afternoon. We took turns using the restroom in case someone was to stop at our booth and still no one, waitress walked right past our booth. Sat there about ten minutes. We got up and walked out, haha still nothing. Guess they had already made enough money for the day. I rate this no stars but I had to put at least one. read more

Great food and services..make sure to bring a $1 for the jukebox, it will set your experience off..if you get a waffle ask for pecan tan otherwise it will be burnt. I walk to this place every other day never disappointed.. read more
