They got us a table near the bar and after a long day of travel it was time for a very cold adult beverage and I was in the right spot. Our server came out and took our drink and food order. The beer came out in a frosty mug and thar was just what the doctor ordered. The food thar came out was spectacular from such a casual place that appeared to be mostly a bar. I ordered the chimichanga with beef - their beef is not necessarily ground but smaller chopped pieces of steak which works perfect for me when it comes to easily eating and cutting into it. It was smothered in a delicious queso sauce accompanied with rice, beans and potatoes. Definitely yummy! We will always continue to come back because it's worth it.

I went to their website and saw their $19.99 lunch promo and decided to treat myself on a Saturday bc I had just lost my job and needed a pick me up. The picture of the misleading promo on the website is attached here. The restaurant itself is beautiful and has a big cherry blossom tree in the middle. The booth was not comfortable and felt like it had no cushion. They have you choose your food by iPad but cannot send the order until your server reviews it. I thought that was kind of weird, but they were quick enough checking and sending it. My server was kind, but hovered the entire meal. I still tipped 20% bc she did her job well. The food itself was okay, at best. The unagi was the best thing I ate. The steak hibachi had no flavor, the tuna was concerningly fishy, and all the other sushi rolls tasted the same. The ice cream and fried cheesecake were very yummy. I'll give them that. About halfway through the meal, I asked to see the manager bc the promo online says nothing about only being Monday-Friday, but once I got here all the signage said it and my server nervously told me it was only M-F. I called the manager over to let her know the online promo is misleading and should probably be corrected. She said "most people call in to check but I guess I could correct it for the few people who only look online." She didn't honor the promo for me. She apologized, but there was no action. There is a new AYCE sushi place by Penn Square mall that is 10x better than this place and it's only $32.99 instead of $34.99. Driving to OKC will be worth it.

Chef Kevin Lee took his original Korean fried chicken concept and evolved it into this upscale Korean steakhouse that somehow feels trendy, comforting, and wildly creative all at once. We ate our way through dishes like: Tteokbokki with wagyu ragu Sweet potato burrata Incredible cocktails Korean-inspired steaks cooked perfectly Every single plate had intention behind it. Nothing felt thrown together for social media hype. This was flavor first. And somehow after all of that...that banana pudding still stole the finale. Nearly impossible to finish, but absolutely impossible to stop eating. Also, Tony gave some of the best service I've had in a long time. We are big fans of the street tacos, the fajitas, the asada fries, the kids burrito is a great deal, and yes, you do want the complimentary relish and the spicy salsa and the regular salsa and the queso and the flour tortillas that they will offer along with the chips. Prices are definitely up a bit compared to a few years ago, but when you fill up on chips and all the appetizers they bring, you can take half your food home and have a fantastic breakfast the next day. My only disappointment is they no longer send home a free set up to go- bring back the free set up, please! It was a great way to make date night feel less guilty by bringing the kids chips and salsa when we get back, haha. Service is really always great and the environment is exactly what you'd expect for a Tex-Mex joint. We've been coming to Ted's for over 30 years and it is our go to place for celebrations, date nights, or a random lunch date.
