When asked why beignets were on the menu she said because she loved them and travels to visit family in France on the regular. The menu is undergoing a few changes expanding the breakfast offerings but will retain most of the menu items. The server was also very friendly, thorough and checked on us several times. He was also very engaging and helped us with the menu. I had the Western Omelet, potatoes and toast (brioche). The "European Butter blend" had a much better flavor than the usual packaged butter. The omelet was good and the salsa very tasty, but not spicy. My wife loved that they offered "Small Bites" for smaller appetites.
