My experience with Wafflart Briet and RAW France was definitely the highlight of my entire trip to Europe. Our tour guide Rachel was beyond accommodating and very knowledgeable about champagne history and production. We took the train from Paris and she happily picked us up on the station, where she then took us on a tour of the champagne vineyards in Sacy, and showed us where they press the grapes and taught us all about the different varietals. Next was the best part of the tour where she took us to go taste the champagne accompanied by the most delicious and luxurious cheese and charcuterie plate I have ever had my entire life. The view from the tasting area was nothing less than breathtaking and surreal. I was able to enjoy my champagne and lunch while taking in the view of a lifetime; a beautiful vineyard overlooking a French chateau in the distance. If I ever had the opportunity to do this tour again, I would do it in a heartbeat! read more

We toured today with Rachel from RAW champagne tours. It was nothing short of amazing. The champagne is excellent, but Rachel's depth of knowledge and bubbly personality are what make it extra special. I would highly recommend this tour, and this champagne.
