I was concerned because my son was given DTAP and Prevnar at the same time and he exhibited a seizure. I didn't want him receiving more than one vaccine. As I left I said I will sue if you guys put more than one vaccine and he gets sick. They took the money for the appointment and at the end wouldn't give my son the DTAP even tough I told them its Olay. The woman at the front desk has a bad attitude. Horrible customer service....I will never go back to this place again. Look for a place where the pediatrician is the owner of the establishment...these doctors alll work here they don't care what people think.

His manner is very gruff and impersonal and I feel like a number to him and not a valued patient.

Each visit was the same: from the visit in the hospital to the follow up exams in her office. She spent an extraordinary amount of time answering our many questions (we always brought a list with us). When we had additional questions between visits, the nurse line was available every day. She also gave us some great advice on transitioning our son to the next stages at each visit - one of the reasons he can fall asleep easily at 6 months by just holding a tiny toy that he has grown used to while sleeping. Regular appointments should be made in advance, but they are available on short notice if your child has an emergency. (We had to call on a Saturday at 6am when our son became sick.) Dr. Dilloway still spent a good amount of time with us on the phone, instructing us on what to do. I was very sorry that we had to leave her practice when we moved, so I want to let everyone know what a positive experience we had.

The nursing staff is extremely warm and welcoming when we come in and is happy to give advice over the phone. We've even found ourselves needing after hours assistance a few times and their nursing staff who monitors the phone has always gone above and beyond to make sure my child is healthy and safe; not to mention very reassuring to stressed parents in stressful situations at all hours of the night. It never feels like an inconvenience when we call. The doctors on staff are equally well trained and knowledgeable. When going through our visits they make a point to speak to my child and get her input directly in how she is feeling and make sure to never push her if she is feeling anxious about certain parts of the visit (I.e. checking ears if not truly necessary). They also keep the parents in mind, making sure we understand the full scope of whatever we're dealing with and preparing us with all the necessary resources to give our child adequate care. I really cannot recommend this practice enough. From primary care to sick visits, we've never had a bad experience.

If you are taking walk-ins ahead of appointments then the appointments need to be notified as a common courtesy.Also if you are doing walk ins during normal business hours the folks that have appointments need to be taken care of in a TIMELY fashion
