They took the money for the appointment and at the end wouldn't give my son the DTAP even tough I told them its Olay. The woman at the front desk has a bad attitude. Horrible customer service....I will never go back to this place again. Enjoy Dr. Forman and his bedside manner.Dr. Forman takes his time to answer questions and is very thorough. Do NOT enjoy visits from Dr. Kinzle. He seems like he is always in a rush and even told me during last visit while in middle of my daughter's exam that he had an important phone call to take. Sat in the room with my one year old waiting for him to administer shots for 20 minutes while he fielded a phone call. His manner is very gruff and impersonal and I feel like a number to him and not a valued patient.

I do feel like my son gets good care, especially from Dr. Harkness. Dr. Townend himself has a very loud voice and doesn't speak directly to the parent. Only directs questions to your child which is very awkward. I think it's time for him to retire. He seems slightly forgetful during the appt, once rechecking my child's tongue three times in the same appt because he didn't remember doing it. My biggest complaint is that their weighing scales are different from room to room. This becomes a major issue when dealing with a baby struggling to gain weight. During one visit they had me weigh my 3 week old in EVERY ROOM. And the scales were all 3-5 ounces different from each other. This practice needs digital, calibrated, scales...it is really ridiculous that the scales have never been upgraded and that all of the employees know that they are not calibrated.

They take their time with you and listen to all of your concerns. The support staff needs to be complimented as well. The front desk receptionist (I can't believe I forgot her name) is wonderful and always willing to help you with whatever you need. The nurse Helena is great as well. She is always prompt in getting back to you if you can't reach her immediately. The nurses also make the kids feel comfortable with their friendly manner. It seems like the everyone in this practice really wants to be there and make it an enjoyable experience for the patients. I have never had a negative experience here like I have had at other practices and I can't recommend it enough.

The nursing staff is extremely warm and welcoming when we come in and is happy to give advice over the phone. We've even found ourselves needing after hours assistance a few times and their nursing staff who monitors the phone has always gone above and beyond to make sure my child is healthy and safe; not to mention very reassuring to stressed parents in stressful situations at all hours of the night. It never feels like an inconvenience when we call. The doctors on staff are equally well trained and knowledgeable. When going through our visits they make a point to speak to my child and get her input directly in how she is feeling and make sure to never push her if she is feeling anxious about certain parts of the visit (I.e. checking ears if not truly necessary). They also keep the parents in mind, making sure we understand the full scope of whatever we're dealing with and preparing us with all the necessary resources to give our child adequate care. I really cannot recommend this practice enough. From primary care to sick visits, we've never had a bad experience.
