He looked at me/my child the entire time with no notepad or comptuer. Instead, he just seemed to diagnose and treat without worrying about the time. My son was at another pediatricians office who tried to handle his allergies; but they failed miserably. Then Dr. Lauer just said, see an allergist, here is a referral. I called the specialist and mentioned Lauers name - they knew he was really good too and got me in the next day. It has been great ever since.

They really forgot about us in the consultation room. Really no consideration for kids' school or for other people's time or schedules. I am considering changing doctors though we have been with them for a couple of years. The doctors don't seem to be around much or are always booked up and the nurse practitioners don't seem to care.... The practice has only gone downhill recently.... Unless they revamp their staff, I don't see people coming back ..

She walked into the room without introducing herself and started out the conversation dismissing and downplaying why we came there without obtaining information or assessing my son. She was very condescending and not thorough at all. I do not normally write poor reviews especially because I also work in healthcare. I know the struggle, especially post pandemic.
