Overall they were responsive to all of the problems we had with old appliances and plumbing problems while living there. We scheduled early to use their only authorized cleaner before moving out, they text they day before the cleaning to say they couldn't do it, then hummingbird charged an extra $300 cleaning fee since we didn't have it done before move out. Even though it was their preferred company that messed that up and we sent them proof of booking in advance and that they cancelled for unknown reasons. Don't know if this was a game to charge us more or not.

You might profit one or two times then lose basically the rest of your money. He is a horrible person to work with in my experience. You will lose money if you listen to most of what he says he has no idea what he's talking about. and most of his decisions are based on liberal views and mindsets, not based on facts good information of how to make a critical decision. I would highly recommend staying away from Mark Wagner and his company.
