Update: I finally…read moregot the company to dump Morgan Stanley!!!! Yay! I moved my now $15k and the rest of the $600k+ in other employees' accounts (including about $400k in the principal attorney's account) to a new brokerage house that doesn't screw us so bad. It just goes to show that with enough facts and dedication you can get the HR people to finally listen.
