The main reason I switched from my original carrier (of over 35 years) was lack of personal attention and the inability to speak with a human (easily)-they have all gone to the broker model. We still needed more information to get the quote finalized, and Noah came to our house on the following Monday. What a breath of fresh air. We were covered that day and we finalized all the paperwork in the next couple of days. It was so easy and stress-free that I can't believe I have stayed with my carrier for that long.
