When we came into town, she was able to get us in to look at a few properties with very short notice. She was up front about what the market looked like and what a fair market value was for the homes. I appreciated that she did not push the one home that we looked at that was very overpriced (has dropped $125K since listed) when she could have just for commission. It was evident that she didn't think that was the right home or value for us. Every communication and question was answered very promptly. She was able to help us manage the inspection and subsequent changes to be made which was a big help because we are not local. I honestly feel that some realtors would deem this outside of their responsibility, but Daren went above and beyond. Working with the title company that she recommended was seamless as well.
