Absolutely no assistance and a totally smart ass attitude. I will be looking for a bank that actually offers customer service after they've taken your money.

For months, I was assured that my financing was on track and was advised to proceed based on that guidance. Late in the process, underwriting determined that the loan we had been discussing all along--based on financial information I had already fully provided--was not viable. No meaningful solution or accountability followed. This resulted in severe and significant financial impact, along with avoidable disruption. With proper diligence earlier in the process, this outcome and the financial impact I suffered could have been avoided. I have no trust in Movement Mortgage and would not recommend working with them.
