The street fair has lots of venders and interesting things... crafts, hand made things, art, if you want cool hippie shirt, belly dancing, food trucks. Sometimes field of sunflowers outside of town.

It is very kid-friendly, and dog-friendly. We were there for the corn, but mainly for the amazing corn dogs from Bite Me, a "gourmet" corn dog tent. Someone talked me into entering the corn eating contest. It was a weird, team event with several heats, so there really weren't any winners (or we were all winners, right?) The corn was good, the competitors were friendly, it was well-organized, and I had fun. Afterward we had a couple of corn dogs, including Sweetie's first-ever. A few sweet treats, a little wandering amongst the crowds, and we were off.
