The PEOPLE voted for who was best, not Maroon Weekly. And the writers ARE students; it's an independent publication with student writers, and they do a great job. So don't blame them for producing content on winners that were chosen by the public. Props to you, Maroon Weekly, for creating something like this, since Best of the Brazos is crap. And I agree with Levi; practically everything that's happening in BCS is in this paper. He is really good at finding those rare books and or like example out of print books that you might be looking for. But I also suggest you pop your head into his actual brick and mortar store on the Square in Downtown Cleburne TX. By the way the only Brick and Mortar Bookstore in Cleburne and Johnson County. The Published Page Bookshop has a wide variety of books, magazines, vinyl records, comics, adult coloring books and some other book type accessories for sale in the shop. If you are looking for deals on classic products of everything the offer this is a great spot. You can boost your library for a few bucks. The staff was friendly and working. It's pretty self explanatory how to browse and find things. I found this place great and even though it's a chain it has the feel and inventory of a local shop.

If I just wanted to wander book stacks at random (which I've been known to do), it would be fine. But I usually have 2-3 out-of-print books I like to check HPBs for, so disorganized stacks doesn't lend itself to searching.
