They are always incredible! The facility is lovely and clean, and fun with all the paintings on the wall. The tablets and disney movie playing in the waiting room is a huge plus! And the goodie bags for the kiddos after. The staff is friendly as can be and compared to other dentists, my child has always felt good there! Even for cavities. Would absolutely recommend them. We have never had a bad experience, and there's never a long wait. Dr. P and Julie are incredible!! Whole place and everyone working there really is. No one likes going to the dentist, but this place makes it so much less bleh of an experience for my little one. read more

Dr Blackwelder has treated our family a few times and each time we are beyond pleased. He clipped the tongue and lip ties for my youngest son. Since he was only 7 days old I was a hesitant mama and very nervous. He comforted me, explained the procedure, the reason he completed it in the manner he used, what to expect and then made sure I understood what the expectations were for me during the procedure. His thorough explanation, non rushed approach and caring demeanor were just what we needed. Dr. Blackwelder is a very mild manner easy to talk to dentist and person. My son has been seeing him now for five years and always ask when he is going to see his "teeth doctor" and says he wants to go see him. The waiting room is in my opinion set up far better for children than most pediatric physician office waiting rooms. Everyone on the staff there are easy to talk to an extremely awesome with children and parents as well. Honestly I would travel 100 miles to continue care there for my son. I was referred to Dr. Blackwell for my son's lip and tongue ties because he uses a laser instead of clipping them, which is better for healing. He did an amazing job explaining the procedure and putting me at ease. The procedure was quick and my baby didn't seem to be in any pain, just a little irritated. We are never going back to this dental office. They perform dental procedures on children out in the open with no privacy...a child of about 8 was crying out in pain and the dentist, Dr. Olsen, honestly just seemed annoyed and kept telling him to hold his head straight and that he hasn't felt any pain. Well sorry but if a child is crying out, he is feeling pain. He had zero "chair side" manner with us as well. Just a job. Felt like part of a kid factory to make money...they tried to talk about finances with another mother in the same room w/o privacy. We did really like the dental hygienist and and witnessed a second one working with another child that was also very kind. Maybe it's just the one dentist we had but we won't be going back. read more
