This dental office is amazing! Great communication, they are very good with teenagers, and the whole atmosphere is so zen and quiet!

I have been…read moreavoiding getting my wisdom teeth pulled for many years due to my anxiety and fear of surgery. When I saw a dentist 5 years ago, the guy said I would have a high risk of permanently losing sensation in my jaw as my teeth were impacted and were very close to my nerves. The dentist did not seem very confident and honestly, it scared me so bad that I avoided every possible surgical intervention. However, the wisdom teeth eventually had to go since it was starting to affect my other teeth and the local dentist here referred me to an oral surgeon to take a look. When I met Dr. Pritchard, he was very comforting and also confident in his abilities. You have no idea how much of a relief it was to hear when he said my teeth would be a very routine procedure and that it was highly unlikely for me to lose sensation in my jaw. Dr. Pritchard was very kind and told me how normal it was to have anxiety about the surgery and that the procedure will be quick and painless. I ended up going under general anesthesia and it was the best decision I ever made (as I had no recollection of the surgery, I did not have to remember any trauma). The surgical assistants were also very kind and also comforted me when I was getting anxious with the IV sedation process. Dr. Prichard is amazing and I recommend anyone who has an intense fear of wisdom tooth extraction to seek only the best oral surgeon to do the job!

Insurance estimate was way off. And I got bad vibes from Dr. Cunningham. I will NOT be recommending.read more

Waco Dental insisted I needed an immediate deep gum…read morecleaning -- an expensive and often painful procedure that is frequently not covered by insurance -- and refused to perform the routine cleaning I had scheduled. The urgency and refusal to provide even a basic cleaning raised red flags, so I declined and sought a second opinion from my longtime dentist in my hometown. My dentist confirmed that my teeth and gums are completely healthy and found no clinical basis for the treatment Waco Dental was recommending. They indicated it was a good decision to walk away and that Waco Dental was likely trying to scam me. Based on this experience, I strongly recommend getting a second opinion before agreeing to any costly procedures here.

I do not want emails written in all capital letters from a professional workplace performing medical procedures, nor way too many ellipses (...), lack of punctuation, and incorrect information in said emails. Neither my friends nor peers would send emails to me like this, and neither should a dentist. It does not have to be perfect , I'm human, I make mistakes too, but it needs to be more respectful. Update: I just learned that the person emailing me is the dentist. Go somewhere more respectful.

I am new to the Waco area and could not recommend Dental Station more…read more Embarrassingly, I haven't been to the dentist in about 7 years dude to a general fear and as soon as I came in, was greeted with genuine kindness and was immediately put at ease. I was almost immediately called to the back (waited about 3 minutes). Once I got to the back, I was asked a series of questions that gave the dental hygienist an idea of my dental background and naturally, my fear of the dentist came up. She went out of her way to explain every single detail of what she was doing, why it mattered, and what she was seeing as she did it. Thankfully, I had no cavities so I only received the cleaning but I could not have been more grateful. She was gentle on my teeth and chatted with me about random topics to keep me engaged and at ease. The treatment I received at this office by everyone, from the front desk to the actual dentist herself, was 100/10. I was not prompted to write this review in any way, shape, or form; I am just genuinely impressed at the level of service, hospitality, and hometown feel of this office. I will absolutely be coming back.

Thank you to all the staff at dental Station. You are recommended. Thank you so-so much.
