They were not open when the opening hour was posted, when their phone was finally answered an hour later, the receptionist just complained about how busy they were and they were backed up and she would call if they could work me in. Two weeks later I'm still waiting for that call back. Now, about Dr. Rose--I was not his patient, but his receptionist took the details and called back within a half-hour, saying to come in, let the dentist take a look, and they would try to get it fixed that day. I went in a little after 1 p.m., left the tooth and the upper plate, and was called at 4 p.m. to come in and be checked for fit and bite. My denture was repaired within three hours! I was so pleased, relieved, and happy! My husband was scheduled for teeth cleaning at the former Dr. Bryan's office, and when he went in he was given a three page form to sign which basically said whatever happens, it ain't our fault. He politely declined, came home and called Dr. Rose's office and was scheduled for cleaning two days later because of a cancellation. He came home smiling--friendly, caring staff, competent dentist with a sense of humor, and ultra-clean facilities. I highly recommend Dr. Rose for anyone needing a dentist.

I have been offered multiple different solutions that all did not offer getting the problem fixed. My orthodontist Dr. Geshey (Brazos Braces) who is Dr. GATLIN's fiancé has been amazing and contacted Mr. GATLIN about my condition and he got me connected to Dr. Arango in Dallas to will do the maliofacial surgery to fix my jaw and give me a total joint replacement. Last week I went to Dr. GATLIN to get my wisdom tooth pulled. The whole procedure went super smooth and he called to check up on me later. It healed super fast and the whole experience although not the funnest was great thanks to Dr. GATLIN and his wonderful staff. Thank you to all the folks who work at Brazos Facial Oral Surgery!!! They also give you a nice goody bag with all the stuff you will need to make life bearable the week after your extraction!

So…read moremuch so that I put off having my wisdom teeth removed for 2 years just to avoid getting an IV, which lead me to Dr. Warren and his fabulous staff. Everyone at Heart of the Brazos was so kind, welcoming, and professional. The office is very clean and I felt well taken care of from the moment I checked in to the time I left after my procedure. Dr. Warren clearly explained how the procedure would go, what to expect afterwards, and what I needed to do once I got home. Thankfully the nurse who did my IV (I think her name was Darla) was extremely gentle and I didn't feel a thing. A couple days after my surgery I ended up getting dry sockets (which are very painful) and Dr. Warren was nice enough to see me that same day to relieve my pain and make sure everything would heal properly. I don't ever WANT to have oral surgery again but if I ever need it, Dr. Warren and Heart of the Brazos will definitely be my first choice.

I was referred here by my dentist to have my wisdom tooth extracted due to the way the tooth grew…read morein. The staff were very nice and attentive with X-rays and questions. Dr Campbell is very knowledgeable as well. He's always checking to make sure you're okay during whatever process. Fast forward to the day of surgery, they make a driver come with you and stay during the entire time of surgery. You're given instructions orally as well as written instructions just in case. After that, I don't remember much of anything until I woke up again. A few hours after surgery Dr Campbell personally calls you to make sure everything is fine. You're also given his cell number beforehand in case of emergencies after hours. I did however have complications with my removal due to the tooth being so close to my nerve. Because of this, the staff made it easy for me to schedule a follow up multiple times and though I was concerned, Dr Campbell's knowledge of the procedure put me a little at ease by letting me know that sometimes the healing process takes time and this case was rare. I'm just always the lucky rare person unfortunately. While I'm still not fully healed, I appreciate the urgency to respond to my concerns and great customer service.

I'm not upset about this as I am a lawyer and I understand that a second effort to smooth out the bone is very probably necessary in some cases. The healing of the bone in some cases may leave rough spots on the bone where dentures will not fit ideally. The staff and Dr. Ormeni were excellent. I think this is a good medical provider and I highly recommend this facility and specifically Dr. Ormeni.
