I was hoping that it would be a simple fix by getting braces after I had been given several other options like Botox etc. which would never fix the problem. Dr. Geshey did research right away even tho she didn't really know exactly what was wrong. The initial appointments to establish you as a client is different than once you're locked into a care plan. It's numbers- and it's in and out. Which is fine, because I don't like long wait times either. But when you've had anything come up, like a broken bracket- and the next available appointment is three weeks away, they tell you to wait. AND if they have cancellations they won't call you. You need to call them (maybe even multiple times per day) to see if they've had cancellations. They are not customer centered, they are not accommodating, and we are considering finishing his treatment elsewhere.
