And the goodie bags for the kiddos after. The staff is friendly as can be and compared to other dentists, my child has always felt good there! Even for cavities. Would absolutely recommend them. We have never had a bad experience, and there's never a long wait. Dr. P and Julie are incredible!! Whole place and everyone working there really is. No one likes going to the dentist, but this place makes it so much less bleh of an experience for my little one.

She called back to see if they came in, nothing Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's, and now Valentine. They are blaming everything on COVID. That is no excuse. I am not her daughter but she raised me. Mind you without the top she is eating only soups. She is loosing weight and didn't get to enjoy the holidays with family. So I call yesterday and I know the laws for HIPPA as my husband was Chief of Police. I just wanted to check and see if they could refund me and they could not tell me I can not talk to them they just hung up. And this was an Angela and she told me she was Management. All of this could have been avoided and I would have gone someplace else that was more reasonable and at least more honest than ACE. I hope no one goes to ACE unless they are exactly positive of what they're going to charge. I had explained to them that my son was on a limited income and anyone with any common sense would have known he couldn't pull almost $800 out of the air to extract a loose tooth. They are inexperienced in my experience. Which ended in a painful visit both the temporary and the permanent tooth. With little to no regard for my comfort. Even after I asked for only the dentist to do the work, she still tried to pawn it off on the "assistant ". All about the money though! Expected me to promptly pay after two terrible visits. 3 counting when I had to go back in just to get extra glue of the temp out of my gum. Which hurt like hell having the dentist pull floss though sore gum. Terrible! Not going back.
