I disagree with your characterization of this situation. My husband and I own multiple rental units…read morein South Florida, and this is the first time we have experienced an AC installation requiring repeated return visits to get the system operating correctly. Whether you consider the wiring issue minor or significant, correctly configuring the wiring is part of completing the installation. Returning to correct it was your responsibility. It does not erase the inconvenience or the time we spent dealing with the problem. We paid approximately $6,500 and expected the installation to be completed correctly. We recently had another licensed company install an AC system of the same size for $3,200, without requiring multiple return visits. That experience makes your pricing and service particularly disappointing. I also do not appreciate being told that my complaint was "taken out of proportion." We contacted you about the problem, and our concerns deserve to be addressed respectfully. The fact that this is a rental property does not lower our expectations for professional service. I am requesting a partial refund to compensate for our time and the inconvenience caused by the repeated visits. Please respond with a proposed refund amount and a timeline for resolving this matter.

Best experience with electrician, hands down I would give 10+ stars for my experience. Chris was extremely helpful over the phone and with our needs. We also got to work with Harold, who was super responsive and kind. Mike, the other tech was especially helpful when we were in a big time of stress cause we had a faulty breaker panel that was due to a poor home inspection. Plus some outlets that were also unsafe. They fixed all of these issues in a 2 day period and for a good price. I'll be asking for Mike for anything we need in the future he was the best, taking care of everything we needed. Mike went above and beyond by explaining issues to me while he was inspecting our outlets and breaker so I knew why they needed to be fixed, and so much more about electric in my condo that will help me down the road in knowing if something is going wrong Thank you guys!

I spoke to Jeremy who was great and he sent Alex who was great & they both said accommodating my request to wear a respirator mask was no problem since I am immune compromised and that also meant the world. They were super nice, super fast and gave me peace of mind testing both the inside and outside of the house, and checking both the lamp and the socket. It gave me peace of mind to know it was just the bulb that was bad. I would definitely use them again in the future and glad to learn about all their services. Peace of mind is everything. Thank you so very much!
