Scam Alert!!!! Scam Alert!!! I rented two jet skis on a Thursday with a $300 deposit each and $89 per hour. The jet skis will return and the deposit was returned. This guy Tanner calls me the following Saturday to tell me we damaged the jet skis. I told him whatever damage occurred occurred in the days he did not contact us about the damage. He wanted me to come in and resolve the issue. I told him no we have pictures and video and if you want to talk to us it will be through a lawyer. After he called with the scam alert proposal I looked at the reviews and figured out which ones were fake and which ones were real. I never seen a business that had either one star or five stars on all the reviews. It's unfortunate that they only allow you to give one star as your lowest rating. How is this place still in business with all the negativity on the reviews across multiple years? Why would you tell me almost 2 Days later we damaged jet skis and you can prove that we were the only ones that rode the jet skis? This business is sickening to the public. This business should not be called a business. I don't consider this a business.. I consider this a scheme by any means necessary to get your deposit. This is a very high deposit which should ring a bell!!!!The reviews are terrible which should ring a bell!!!! The responses to the negative comments should ring a bell!!!! If you rent from these people it's your mistake. If you rent from these people count on them making up something to get your deposit. Read the reviews first. I did not read the reviews first. He made this request after already sending us pictures of the damage that he said we did. The pictures he sent were of jet skis but it did not have a number serial number or anything in the picture to prove it was the jet skis we were on. You couldn't even tell if the picture was taken in this decade. Why would he want me to send him pictures and video of what we have if we really did the damage two days later? Based on these reviews Tanner and the business owner who I have not met should leave the public alone with their scam and get out of Texas. Please do not rent from this place. The guy was horrible. He sexually harassed me after I didn't remember how to go backwards on the ski to come in. We came in and their were teenagers waiting to get on who heard his comments. He talked about my breasts. Then when I called about my $300 deposit that they were suppose to return. No one has responded. I've called 5 times. I finally read these reviews and it's a scam they have been taking deposits without returning it with fake claims. Our family rented a pontoon boat for Mother's Day weekend. The owner , Vernon, was very nice, accommodating and helpful. He went over and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. He was flexible with the changes we requested and overall a cool and friendly guy. Prices are fair and reasonable. Boat was clean and in great working order. Do not rent from this awful place. An older white man was in charge the day I went. He was so extremely disrespectful, saying that my friend's voice sounded like a "mouse" which was extremely unnecessary, and not wearing a mask in the middle of a global pandemic. He insisted we closed the door in a small room to sign our receipt, despite us being visibly uncomfortable and not wanting to close the door. He excluded two of my friends from being able to ride a jet ski because if we all went out on the water, then he thinks we would all try to run into each other like bumper cars (we are adults in our late 20s, early 30s, and our group consisted of doctors, nurses, and physical therapists). We arrive 30 minutes later only to be placed on a TWO hour waiting list, while others were able to skip our place & ride. DO NOT RENT JET SKIES FROM THIS PLACE!! This place is a scam. Me & my 2 friends came here last weekend. The jet skies were all broken & duct taped. When we got there, the lady with her daughter was talking to us & giving out the rules. She made sure to tell us several times to not drive around each other. Which we did not. When we came back after our time. I came in first which I waited for several minutes for someone to help park the jet ski because that's what the woman told us to do. Out came a man who I didn't know who was, I thought was a customer. He just started yelling at me & cussing me out. Then my friends came after me & he did the same to them. Which we didn't know why he was yelling at us. He then started saying we damaged the jet ski by putting a hole in the bottom. He said he took video of us. When we started talking to him asking how we possibly could put a hole in the bottom he cussed us out telling us to get off his property & get out of his face, that he didn't want to talk to us. & he was going to sue us for the damage THAT WE DIDNT DO. & we wouldn't be getting the deposit back which totaled $900 for 3 jetskis but he was only saying we damaged one. But he was keeping all of the money. I told him he was scamming us. He told me to not talk to him & I shouldn't rent jetskis ever again. I told him the problem was him being a scam & a horrible person. After leaving we looked up previous reviews & saw that they did this exact scam to other people, down to the switching places, same hole, everything. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE.
