They have 3 vegan ramens, including a spicy miso ramen (145 DKK), which is what both my wife & I each got. The ramen came out in 5-10 minutes. The broth has a nice miso depth, is only lightly spicy, and comes with nicely marinated, cold, mixed wild mushrooms, soft tofu (cold as well until the broth heats it up), and green onions. The noodles are on the thicker side and cooked nicely. Overall, this is definitely better than Mr Ramen's vegan ramen (which I had the day before), but pricier (145 vs 115 DDK). It's nothing amazing, but perhaps that's my Vancouver bias given the amazing ramen quality we have there. All in all, a solid spot for ramen CPH.

Incredibly well thought out food - locally foraged and harvested ingredients. A beautiful bounty of Scandinavian ingredients, manipulated with the utmost precision. Even the small maki were delicious and the rice was perfectly flavoured in all rolls. The vietnamese spring rolls will never be my favourite and were quite boring.
