Booked a 9 day trip to Positano/Tuscany last year. First of all you are handed off to an associate…read moreof Joyce Falcone from day one. Most of your corresponence is with that 3rd party.In our case that person was not located in either region we were going to. The guided tours we booked in hindsight were probably way more than if we booked it ourselves. Joyce will not give you a breakdown of what the tour itself costs and then a cost for the driver. From day 1 you are asked what your budget is. In our case it was $18,000. Looking back now the hotel costs were less than half of that total, so the rest went to the tours and drivers. No meals were included and outside of 2 dinner reservations she made we were on our own.The first hotel we stayed at in Positano was the Pallazzo Murat. Beautiful hotel but she booked us in probably the worst room in the hotel.We had rain most days.In order to get to our room we had to walk outside,go up a narrow staircase.Needless to say we got trenched. We moved our room the 2nd day. In the process my wifes $3000 watch was "lost" We reached out to Joyce for help but she did nothing. Mind you this a hotel she has a working relationship with.They eventually "found" the watch We know it was accidently left in the room during the move to new room. I pretty much accused them of knowing what happened. Only then did they find it. The final stray was when we advised Joyce that the ferry from Positano to Capri did not operate on the day we had prepaid for in advance.It was about $40.When I requested if she could at least refund me the $40 she said no because drivers said the ferry did run that day. She took the word of her "drivers" instead of the hotel After spending $18,000 she refushed a $40 refund. Shows you where shes coming from.Im sure there are many more stories like mine.They probably havent taken the time to write a review..Buyer beware with this "Italian Concierge"

Recently I was at a wedding and there was an issue with a different car service the family had hired. I grabbed my phone and called 1st Class Car & Limo Service since I rely on them for anything and everything and they had a car to the church in 10 minutes to save the day! Dependable, helpful, friendly. Beautiful cars. Nice guys- every driver I've had. Highly recommend!

This place is awesome. So serene and peaceful. It is easy to get to and well marked with signage…read more It is also known as the Great Swamp Visitors Center. They have a huge parking lot and it was so easy to park there. They have a pavilion on with picnic tables, two small educational trails behind the pavilion (less than 1/2 a mile each) and a larger trail (White Oak Trail) directly across the street. The trails are nice and very calming. They have benches along the route where you can take a break. I really liked the White Oak Trail, but all of them are really good for walking, as a more scenic alternative to walking on a track. All of those trails are circular-ish, meaning you will end up where you started, so there is no need to turn around. They are also pretty well maintained, especially considering that we are in the middle of a pandemic. Word to the wise. Don't forget your bug spray. They are not too bad and I survived without it, but it is one less thing to worry about. During the pandemic the visitor center and the restrooms are closed but this place is still awesome.
