Most Recently experienced. Today was first and last order with Waba Grill. I ordered the family pack and read "family". You expect a decent amount of chicken and beef to feed a family of 5 but when I saw a small black container with half and half, I was thrilled. The other 3 containers were 1 of white rice and the other 2 full of just veggies and for all of these I paid $50. I rather stay with Panda read more

It was my first time at this Waba location, and honestly, the food was really good! Everything was super fresh, and there were two girls at the register--OMG, the customer service was 1000/10! Especially one of them who had slightly red hair. It feels so nice when someone with such great charisma and positive energy takes care of you read more

It's easy to miss this place because even though it's in a shopping plaza, it's off to the side away from all the other stores. At the same time, I think that's the reason why it was easy for me to find a shaded place to park under a tree right in front of the restaurant. The restaurant is clean, modern, and simple with huge windows and some word art. I saw touch screen kiosks at the counter and went to them first, but when my sister asked for a customizable plate that I couldn't find on the screen, I had an employee take our orders instead. I'm glad there was a vegetarian option, and that we could pick and choose sides and sauces. Even then when I picked up our tray, the cashier had given us a handful of other sauces to try. We also ordered the dragonfruit mango lemonade which tastes and looks as good as it sounds. If it was a refillable fountain drink, I would've gone back for more. If all you want is a quick and healthy meal, this is a good place to go. read more

I would like to give a shoutout to the store manager, Lavina. My hisband picked up our order. We found out when we got home that there was a mistake in the order. I called the store and she right away offered to give a replacement for the wrong order. Although it's a littlw inconvenient for us, she showed great customer service skills. read more

Let me start by saying, I usually don't do reviews but my girlfriend advised me I probably should considering the situation. Went in to this Waba location today for lunch and did not get food. This was a little after noon and as I browsed the menu I noticed a female Latina employee in the kitchen scratching her arm and after doing so did not wash her hands and proceeded to handle people's food with out even at least putting on gloves. So you may say "What is the big deal?" Well I feel like that is very unsanitary as dead skin cells, arm hair or whatever else can be transferred. So yea I won't be returning here anytime soon. read more

WaBa Grill - Mini bowl with chicken n extra veggies - Fast Food Near Me - Eastvale, California

Nice and clean place to eat and enjoy with family. Ladena , the server, provided a great service!!!

So it's been a whole year since we ordered and we decided to give it a go again. We saw there was a promotion going on for Saturday and Sundays - you can get a free kids meal with a purchase of a full priced bowl. We ordered 2 steak bowls, one with spicy waba sauce and the other with boom boom sauce. Then we ordered a mini chicken bowl which was free. We placed the order on the Waba App and selected a time for pick up. The promo code was kidz was used since it was the weekend. Apparently you can use the promo code kids for Monday-Friday. Anyways, the ordering process was smooth on the app. During pick up, I checked in with the cashier and she told me that the order was being worked on, I waited for about 10 minutes while the food was being prepped. Mind you, I had selected a time for pick up and this was already 10-15 minutes after the selected time. But anyways, it wasn't a big deal since we were not in a rush, after the food was done being packaged, the cashier called my name and ensure that I had all that I needed: napkins, utensils, and sauces. When we got home and started to unpack the bag, we saw the disparity of meats between the two steak bowls. The only difference between the two bowls were the sauces. One was with the spicy waba sauce and the other, boom boom sauce. But look at the picture! Look at how little the meat that came with the boom boom sauce. I'm just baffled. I guess it was still a better experience than last year and while the food was still enjoyable, I wished the ratio of meat and rice would be corrected for customers. My toddler seemed to have enjoyed the chicken mini bowl though. I also appreciate the attentiveness of the cashier and ensuring that we had all we needed before stepping out of the restaurant. read more
