We used them for years but the last two pickups at LAX were bad. We came to the arrival hall and everyone's driver but ours was waiting for them. Ours was not to be found. We called the company and they told us we were supposed to be at a different terminal and gave me the run around. I got very aggressive with them and eventually a driver with a sheet of paper came for us. He was angry and grumpy. On the way home we had to help him stay on course even though he had directions on his cell phone. He dropped us off and took trash out of the limo and dropped it in our driveway. I have only had 1 experience with International Limo, but it was a great one and I felt as though I should write them a review, since they currently only have 1 other review. I got a flyer from them stuck in my door a while ago and I kept it because it advertised $55 town car service from downtown to LAX, which I thought was a really good deal if I didn't want to deal with a taxi or bus. We booked a car just recently and it was wonderful. The driver arrived early and the car was nice and clean. It had water and candy and magazines in the back and he kept the radio off and the ac on and told us to let him know if we were too hot or too cold or wanted the music on. He was very friendly and professional. We got to the airport in record time for a Monday afternoon and even though the tip was included when we booked the car, we gave him extra because he was so great. I've had the same driver several times & he's always beyond friendly, offering complimentary water, radio tunes, A/C assistance, and overall a good experience. This was our first experience using this company, and they were highly recommended by friends. Our family of 6 was eagerly awaiting our ride home from a lovely family vacation and we were expecting the driver to greet us. Not only did the driver not greet us, the company didn't bother to reach out to us to let us know they would be late. Upon contacting the company, we were told our driver had a flat tire and would be slightly delayed. When checking back 15 minutes later, we were then told that our driver was at the LAX exit and would be pulling up shortly. We then asked for the driver's contact info and car info so we could connect with him instead of the dispatcher. We called the driver directly to get an ETA and he informed us he was 23 minutes away. The driver, who was lovely, knew nothing about a flat tire and was very apologetic and honest. The dispatcher lied to us about the flat tire and basically gave us the run around. Let's first start off by saying that the receptionist Rosie is excellent, I had used this company for various families that I have worked for over 5 years and I have never had a problem with them. This past week I booked a trip for myself for the first time. A limo for a special event and I made a specific request for the best limo available with a few days notice. I was assured by the staff that this was noted on the reservation. When the limo arrived it was old dirty and in such poor shape that the engine was laboring and the sky light made a creaking noise about every 10 seconds when we went over any kind of bump in the road. That was ONE thing, I spoke to the manager who offered to compensate with one hour off. Great, I thought... until I looked at the drop off time and realized that he charged me for an 8 hour trip when it was only 7 hours and twenty minutes. I called back and spoke to Rosie who said that after 15 minutes they charge for a WHOLE HOUR?! If it is under 20 minutes they do not charge at all but if you are 5 minutes over it changes?! Rosie said, no problem I will tell the manager I am sure he will be reasonable. OH NO! He called me, raised his voice and didn't let me get a word in edgewise. Ridiculous, 4 years of business and you are going to treat your customer that way? Charge me for half an hour, no problem... even better charge me for 20 minutes!!! What a racket, I bet you that driver went extra slow and took the long way home just to put another hours charge in his pocket. UNBELIEVABLE - fine with me - throw away a 4 year relationship over your greed!! You can take your dirty old cars and try to get business with someone else. read more

This is by far the best limo service I have used in the Los Angeles. I have frequently used shuttles and limo services for transportation to lax. Intl limo had the friendliest, most reliable, and cheapest rates. For a small premium you can ride in a town car and not a shuttle. I have used them over 10 times and they have never been late once despite booking them on short notice. I could not have asked for more. They are extremely accommodating. I even referred them to a friends daughter for prom. She and her friends were extremely satisfied . I love their wake up calls also. I would prefer intl limo over bigger companies because they have friendlier service and are more accommodating while having lower prices and the same car selection. I highly recommend them to anyone! After a long week at work, the last think I wanted to deal with was the long cab line and nasty cabs at LAX so I called Intl Limo to make a reservation with just 3 hours notice. They were able to get me set up without issue and for the best price around. I appreciate that they post their rates on their website unlike most of the other car services in the area who make you give them all of your information and tell you how much it costs after you've basically made the reservation (I only paid $5-$10 more than I would have for a cab if anyone's wondering.) I had hired this company several times in the past, and had liked their big, clean towncars, their nice, uniformed drivers, and their prices not much more than a taxi, but after this experience, NEVER AGAIN. There was no problem on the outbound part of our trip to Australia. As had always been the case and as one would expect the service to include, the driver loaded our luggage into the limo, and unloaded it from the limo when we got to the airport. We returned to LAX from the 14 hour flight on Xmas Eve, 12/24. The driver, Johnny, met us inside LAX around 10am after we cleared Customs. We had a lot of baggage. Five of our seven bags -- 3 large checked on ones, 1 small one on wheels, and my laptop bag-- were on a SmartCart which my friend was pushing, and I was wheeling 1 bag on wheels and carrying my handbag. When inside LAX, Johnny took the SmartCart, and the three of us exited LAX and Johnny led us to the car in the parking garage, where Johnny unlocked and opened the car doors for us. My friend was standing by the cart at the trunk, preparing to help loan the bags into the car's trunk. Johnny told us "don't worry, I got it" and he motioned us into the car. We got into the car following Johnny's instructions. Again, as one would expect, the service includes the driver loading the luggage into the limo. The problem was that Johnny left my laptop bag in the LAX garage. I discovered this when we got home and started unpacking. The laptop had to be either left in the limo or in the LAX garage, so I called Int'l Limo around 12 noon and said that my laptop was missing, and I asked if the driver had left it in the limo. The dispatcher said she'd check with Johnny the driver and call me back. A few minutes later she called me back and said that Johnny had not found my laptop in the limo. I then checked my office voicemail, because my office contact information was on the laptop. Sure enough, I had gotten a message from a gentleman saying that he and his wife had found the laptop bag in the LAX parking garage and had taken it home with them to Diamond Bar for safekeeping. I called him back and he gave me his address and I told him the limo company would come get it. I then called In'tl Limo back and told the dispatcher that their driver had left my laptop in the LAX parking garage, and someone who lived in Diamond Bar saw it and took it home with them, and that I expected someone from Int'l Limo to pick it up and bring it to me immediately. The dispatcher took my message and then a few minutes later, she called me back and told me that the company owner told her that the laptop was NOT the company's responsibility and that the owner would call me in an hour when he got into the office. An hour later, around 2pm, owner Steve Gurevich finally called me. He denied that this screw up was his driver's fault, said he had no driver available to get the laptop to me on Xmas Eve, and then offered to get it for me without charge but not until Saturday, 2 days later, and that he would charge me if I wanted it today because it was Xmas Eve. He said that it was me that left the laptop in the garage, that it was my responsibility, not part of his service, to make sure that my luggage was all loaded properly in his limo, and even said that his service did not include transportation of luggage at all, just people. REALLY!?!? Since I needed my laptop right away, I then spent 3 hours on Xmas Eve, after a 14 hour plane flight, driving to and from Diamond Bar to retrieve my laptop from the nice man that rescued it from the LAX parking garage. Gurevich refused my request for a refund for both one-way trips. I felt that I had paid for a round trip ride from my house to LAX and back with ALL my luggage, not just most of it, and since I had to spend 3 hours driving myself to Diamond Bar and back to get my laptop that his driver negligently left in the LAX parking garage, I had not gotten any value from this company for my money. It would have been my fault if we had left our luggage on the plane, or on the baggage carousel, or in Customs --- but that's not what happend. We got all our luggage out of LAX and in the hands of the limo driver, who then negligently left my laptop in the airport parking garage instead of loading it into the limo. The company should have made good by issuing me a refund, but didn't. read more
