They have now no showed twice in a row, without so much as a phone call. The first time our window was between 2-4 so I stayed home from work to accommodate. At 4:30 we called them and they said the technician called out sick and they've rescheduled us. They never contacted us to let us know. They also require you to be home when they come to visit, yet didn't contact us to tell us when the reschedule was. We found out when we called looking for our technician. Rescheduled appointment finally comes my husband confirms it the day before since we hadn't heard from them, and we get a 730-930 window. I again stay home from work to accommodate, and lo and behold no call no show. My husband contacted them again and got an auto response that our appointment was the following week. He requested a callback which they didn't do. The next day they texted him and said they had an emergency and rescheduled us. Again, never contacted us, no coordination on date and time. We love our Generac, but I do not recommend this company.

We were very happy with their work on our project and will definitely use them again in the future. I appreciated that they were upfront about their pricing and stayed within budget overall. We think it was a very good value for the amount of work we had done. Matt in their office was very responsive and super helpful throughout the process. The lead tech on the project, Grant, was very knowledgable, thorough and answered all sorts of questions I had. Ben and True did great work as well and it was a pleasure to have the whole team in our house. I really appreciated how kind the whole Mirsky team was to my family and how focused they were on getting the job done right.

The tech they sent spent an hour looking around, trying to find the problem. He said he couldn't solve it but we still got charged $411. He said he would have to send someone else. Any estimate for the job? No - he couldn't even make an estimate. When I called Adam, he said they would send a more experienced tech. Why not send someone qualified the first time? What about the charge for showing up and not doing anything? "That's our normal fee?" So, will we be charged for a new estimate? "It's still $250 to show up." Really? I told him we didn't want them anymore and we would like at least a partial refund. He agreed to a refund of $125, but the refund didn't come. I called again and he said they had a miscommunication. Now it would be sent. Still no refund ... We found a new person, a handyman - he said it was challenging, but he found the broken connection and he only charged us $250. Mirsky? Never again ...

She responded to my messages either later in the day or first thing the next morning. Andrew was the electrician that came out for my service appointment from AMS. Andrew was courteous and through in his work. He addressed the issue that we were having with an outside electrical outlet and was able to explain the causes of the issues that we were having. He took the time to make sure his work was done well & I am confident that all of the issues that we were experiencing have been resolved.

I shut off my breakers…read morefor heat after smelling melted plastic at the thermostat and saw the electrical melted through the wire casing. I didn't want to turn anything back on unless it was safe. I called around various places but many were booked or couldn't guarantee service with a minimum $195 troubleshooting fee. I left a message with AMS but was not sure they would get back to me. Brenda called me back right away. Despite having everyone scheduled out, hearing I had lost my heat with the safety concerns over melted electrical, Brenda contacted the owner Aaron who agreed to come out today to help me. Aaron was very courteous, responsive, and professional. He came prepared with a spare thermostat, even though I had already purchased one. His work was professional and he made sure things were installed level. The price for the same day service was very reasonable. $99 service entrance fee + repair time. Would highly recommend this company! They look out for their community and were very kind to fit me in under the circumstances on dhort notice. Very grateful to Brenda and Aaron today! Definitely have peace of mind and restored heat.
